Great location for walking around Prague. That staff was helpful, the beds/rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was decent. Easy walk from train station. About a mile from the Charles Bridge. We walked there and back daily.

Although we had been "guaranteed" air conditioned rooms buy European Destinations, we arrived on the afternoon of August 11, an unbearably hot day during an unusually hot summer, and found our rooms were not air conditioned and were intolerably hot. As there was no possibility that we could sleep in those rooms, the very nice young man at the front...

We used Priceline ... so everything was paid for and we didn't have to pay a Krona at the hotel. Even the air-conditioning fee which was mentioned in the hotel folder left in the room was not charged and we DID use the airconditioning. The room on the third floor was spacious with two large skylights. Very quiet room (see...

I stayed in a couple of 4 star hotels this summer in Munich. They were truly great hotels and they set the bar high for any other 4 star hotel in Europe. The Augustus Et Otto is a 4 star hotel but for the life of me I cannot figure out its star rating. The staff work hard and are...

If you are coming on the summer be aware there is NO AIR CONDITIONER. This must be stated in the reservation which is not. Once you arrive they tell you and just a few rooms only have it for a daily fee of 3 euros. Never seen something like this. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Myself and two of my friends stayed at Augustus Et Otto for three nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our hotel room. We had a triple room and it was very spacious for the three of us. We also loved the breakfast each morning. They had a lot of variety and it was delicious. However, we were not very pleased with...
