Yes there is a lift. My wife and I liked the place. We also used their airport pickup which was reasonable and nice. We also liked the near by restaurant -- I think it's "behind" the church (the desk made a reservation for us). All in all we liked the place and would stay there again if we ever return to Prague. We also liked Prague Food Tour. If you like to shoot pistols and/or rifles try Celeritas Shooting Club. It's easy to get to using public transportation. Hope you enjoy your trip.

no it's a no smoking hotel. There are no balconies. The small square outside is very pleasant though and I think there may be a couple of benches outside the church opposite but don't quote me on that.
