This hotel is great for a break in Prague, its just on the edge the centre of the city which you can walk to in twenty minutes, or get a bus which stops outside. We stayed in the romantic cottage in the grounds which was well worth it.

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay here. The building is close to spectacular and the rooms were large and clean. The 24 hour reception was always helpful. They serve a pretty good breakfast that included both warm and cold food.

Clean, centrally located and yet far from the traffic and noise of the city centre. Rooms are clean and confortable, breakfast buffet is rich and the staff is friendly. I warmly recommend it for a romantic stay in this beautiful city.

We had one of the suite rooms in the hotel which was fairly large and perfect for our short stay in Prague. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is a nice selection of different foods with coffee or tea on request. Overall, it is a lovely three star hotel in a great location with friendly staff.

This hotel is absolutely lovely. It is on the grounds of a church. The main building is huge, historic, and tastefully styled with period pieces. We actually stayed in the Honeymoon Suite located right next to main building. The little villa had its own entrance and was so beautiful with a king sized wrought iron bed, wood burning fireplace, ceramic...

Staff were all friendly, helpful and courteous. Location was excellent, close to trams and the Metro. Tram 22 on the street goes directly to the Castle. Other trams on the street go into the centre of the city very regularly. Hotel was quiet and breakfast was good. Room and bathroom were very spacious. It was a charming, homely place, where...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
