From the moment we arrived at the hotel and the friendly staff offered us a complimentary glass of Bekerovka (the local aperitif) we really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped while the breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. The tram system in Prague is regular and reliable but, it's worth walking into the...

The room was large equipped with a comfortable bed and our room was situated to the very silent backside of the hotel. I liked the breakfast, nothing to complain with the cleaning and the staff were friendly. The hotel lies 200 meters from a tram stop, the nearest metro is 2 stops away and the city center can be reach...

Dear rune428, Thank you for sharing your experience about our residence with Tripadvisor. We are happy to hear, that you were satisfied with us and our location is just what you were looking for. Prague 2 (and specially Vysehrad part) is the most calm and quite area of Prague. We wish you happy 2017! Alexander Sakharov.

Stayed with my best friend as my bachelorette trip and it has been wonderful. My check in was late but it was not a problem, the hotel staff replied quickly on email. Upon arrival I requested to see several rooms before moving in and the staff was really helpful. Valeri was especially outstanding in making sure we got the best...

The hotel is a little way out of the Old Town, but it's a 30 second walk to the Albertov tram stop (catch the 14 or 24 to get to Old Town), so the city centre is only about 10 minutes away. That said, the amazing Vyšehrad is just behind the hotel; we could see the humongous outer wall from...

Poor reviews, but we had booked so we were a little worried, however apart from being a good 20 minute walk from the centre or 10 minutes on the tram, which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel and also the stair carpet needing urgent attention for safety reasons we were happy with our welcome and the room allocated...

Room adequate Make sure you make allowances to go out and buy a decent breakfast- would have been quicker to cook toast by a candle - if you like your fried eggs made of rubber and stone cold then this is the hotel for you - can only assume the cook has worked in a joke shop and bought up...

Very disappointing! We booked a superior double room for a romantic weekend break and to see friends in the area. What we got was a tatty twin room overlooking the railway line with beds that couldn't be pushed together. This is not a 'boutique' hotel. I think this is a gaudy Russian hotel. Don't expect bbc news here or any...

We booked this hotel based solely on reviews, pictures, and "feelings". We were not disappointed. We arrived early in the day, and even though check in isn't until 3:00 p.m. we were assigned a room. It met our expectations, even with the retro look. This hotel is small, was built in the early 1800's, and as such, was not designed...
