Definitely not a four star hotel. We tried calling reception for room service to no avail until I had to go down to reception to order myself (they said they didn't hear the phone without even apologising). When room service came we were informed that ALL RED wine had finished and they brought us a bottle of white wine instead...

The staff at reception are very helpful and friendly, when providing information on what to do and where to go and will following up with requests. The room was very clean, and the cleanliness was maintained a great housekeeping team. The only issues we had was the head board was ripped on several areas, which was kind of irritating to...

Stayed here recently for a weekend trip to Prague. Short walk to Wenceslas Square and a little further to the Old Town, but it's a great hotel. Lovely clean room, breakfast is continental. Would re book and recommend to friends

A good hotel with good food and great staff. Nice parking for those who needs and a short trip down to the river, trams and easy access to all you need. The rooms where great and we had a good time with the hotel.

Arrived at Prague Hotel in the afternoon from Munich (took around 4 hours). Checked into Hotel. Wanted to park the car at hotel but the hotel didn't have any open spots (reserve in advance!). The concierge told us where we could park the car for free on the street. We easily found parking and it was 100% free (perfect!). The...

I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was spacious and nice, the bed was quite good and I slept well. The walls (or doors) are rather thin however, which makes for an early morning as you hear most of what happens in the corridors. The staff was correct but not overly friendly. Location is quite good at a 15...

Spent two nights in the hotel. Rooms are nice, clean, spaceous. The same for the bathroom. Water cooker available. Breakfast buffet offered good variety of salty or sweet food. The walls of the rooms seem to be rather thin. You could hear the cleaning personel cleaning the floors on Sunday early morning. In general, everyone was friendly and helpful. We...

Just had 3 nights at this hotel with my partner. Room only so I can't comment on the food. The room was on a corner and had 2 large windows although the view wasn't great. The bed was huge and comfortable. You will need to buy some milk if you like a coffee in the morning the two small cartons...

For me it was the first time to visit Prague and I must say it is a very interesting, bustling town and worthwhile to visit. Beautiful buildings, bridges and castels. People are helpful and kind.To get from the Airport into town you should book a Taxi online and the driver will wait with a name tag at the arrival hall....

Lovely hotel in an great location 15 minute walk to Charles Bridge and the Old Town. Close to a few good restaurants and bars out of the busy centre and more touristy areas. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
