Reception hall is tiny, crowed with one staff, two trainees, and 6-10 waiting customers. The check in and check out process took us forever. The hotel needs more staff who can really work,, or manage the job better. Room was comfy, need more lighting tho. Breakfast room was crowded, we have to be in line to take everything. The food...

So much confusion over twin beds. I can't even go into the the day long struggle- starting at 1030. Finally changed us to the twin bed room promised to us this morning, at 2100- and the room we were given is old and hot and not nearly as nice as the one with the queen bed. Staff meant well but...

The hotel is amazing presented inside and out gorgeous luxury rooms and the hotel is very stunning with architecture on the outside, staff went above and beyond to help us. Would most definitely go back to Prague and this hotel less than five minute walk to new town and less then ten minutes taxi ride to old town. Just a...

Eurostars David has some of the nicest staff. Big rooms, we did not have the best room but after approaching the front desk they moved us into a room with a view. They helped us plan our days and the tours from Best tours was also really great. The breakfast is nice for the first couple of days but hereafter...

The location is ideal, 20 minute walk along the river to the old town! Nice interior but a bit ghost town, no bar to wait at etc... Unfortunately the wifi was a bit temperamental and the room is missing some basic amenities to be able to be called four star, including an iron. Staff were nice enough also. Can't complain...

The first impression was god, classic Prague building in the center of the town, 50 m from the dancing house. The inside it's nice, classical hotel, nice staff. Even tough the parking place is small you usually find place. The rooms are similar to the ones from the pictures on the site with 2 big exceptions, they are a lot smaller...

Cracked and stained ceiling that was a result of a leak (looked like it was not fixed for months_, wifi only worked close to the door so when i was on the bed it did not anymore(on 2 phones and a laptop), there is some reconstruction going on and there was an insanely strong odor of chemicals in the elevator....

Room looks nice. Same goes for bathroom. Wish they would fix the tiny thing that's broken in the bathroom. They should also check for the locks on the rooms. My door had serious issues being locked from the inside. And seriously do fix TV channels especially in winter season. I am not going to wander all day through town in...

Definitely not a four star hotel. We tried calling reception for room service to no avail until I had to go down to reception to order myself (they said they didn't hear the phone without even apologising). When room service came we were informed that ALL RED wine had finished and they brought us a bottle of white wine instead...

The staff at reception are very helpful and friendly, when providing information on what to do and where to go and will following up with requests. The room was very clean, and the cleanliness was maintained a great housekeeping team. The only issues we had was the head board was ripped on several areas, which was kind of irritating to...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
