Perfectly located hotel, very helpful and genuine reception staff, good breakfast and nicely decorated room! If I could only improve one thing it would be the breakfast coffee which was no good at all! The beds were also a bit hard. But overall - come here and enjoy your stay!

AC was not working, called the reception and was promised a technician would come to the room, twice. Nothing happened. Second night we came down to the lobby and apparently there was no technician so they gave us fans instead. Bed frame was run down and not well maintained.

We were here for 2 nights, and loved every minute. There is only one or two rooms with balcony, but happily we requested one and got it. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean with large, comfortable bed and huge tub of which my wife quickly took advantage. The building itself is gorgeous, and the somewhat recent...

This is a lovely hotel in a very good location in Prague City centre, just far enough away from the old town to keep the noise away but close enough that everything is just a few minutes walk away. There was always a member of staff at reception and they were very knowledgeable about the area, restaurants to go to...

I walk like 10 minute from parking to the Hotel. The room was beautiful except for the bed which was a little bit broken in the header. The services was excellent and the breakfast one of the best. The location is not bad because is close to the tram station. The restaurant on front super good with excellent price. The...

I loved my room. This was a quick trip for just a night. The check in process was a little long, however, once I did get in my room everything was wonderful. I really liked the location. Good eats near by. I felt safe. I would return to this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights between other cities after seeing the trip advisor reviews and were very happy with our stay. From first entering the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful (best customer service we have had at a hotel!) Check in was simple and the hotel is very clean and sophisticated looking. Our room was easy...

Near the river Vltava - parallel one street away - and 10 minutes walk to the center. Reasonable hotel, not perfect, good beds, wifi could be better. Elevator is slow, better take the stairs. Bar in the lobby is insufficiently available. But not bad in the end.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
