We paid for a river view Suite.. It was totally amazing. Even when it was extremely cold outside, the boat was always nice and warm. A couple of days the temperature stayed well below freezing and it was always really nice to return.. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Bus, tram pass directly outside. Metro is within a...

We chose to stay at Botel Matylda based on reviews we had read and our experience exceeded expectations in service, comfort, value, location and ambience. Thank you to the staff, (particularly Rita - at reception) for making our stay in Prague a highlight of our trip. Tony & Trude - Australia.

Stayed at the Matylda for four nights in marvelous Prague. What's to say? The staff are extremely welcoming, one sleeps in wood-paneled rooms over-looking the river, and the location allows easy walking to almost anywhere you'd like to visit in Prague. Great place!!!

We arrived at the boat hotel and it was even better than we expected. The room was lovley.. flat screen tv, free safe, amazing high pressured shower, clean and fresh towels were laid out every day. The room had air con and a fan which was brilliant considering it was 26 degrees outside.. The staff were all really helpful and...

Forget a hotel! Stay on the Matylda/Klatylda. Boats are in a great location, very clean, and totally unique. Can't say I'd stay anywhere else while in Prague (with perhaps the Green Lobster being a notable and pricey exception). Breakfast selections are fresh and diverse. Dinner entrees very good, but not authentic Czech. Avoid the steak. Most of the staff are...

The breakfast could be better, and you really need double sized duvets instead of 2 singles...?! Other than this it's perfect. Staff are great, our room was clean and modern with great views. Cost around £100. Situated 10 mins from the centre. stayed here twice now and would come back :-)

What a place ! What a service ! What great value for money ! We where 29 people staying in Prague for a wedding. The Matylda Botel was worth every minute of the stay. The service was the best ever and the waiters could simply not have been any better. They where at hand from early morning 'till late at...

My girlfriend surprised me with a night in this Botel. I have spent the past three years visiting Prague on a monthly basis and have stayed in a large number of hotel; some good, some bad. I was very impressed by this little neiche they have here with it's fantastic views over the river at night and great view towards...

We have just spent 3 nights in this 'botel' in a superior double room facing the river and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our 'cabin' on the sister boat Klotylda was very comfortable though compact and a little bit dark due to the wood finish. The en-suite was very well finished though the shower cubicles are on the small side but...

This is such a fun and romantic (even though I was alone) place to stay! I really highly recommend it. There are two boats tied up together on the Vltava River which form this "botel". The boats look small, but there wasn't any rocking back and forth or anything. I had a single room which was still bigger than I...
