Breakfast is really good. The carpet does not have clean look, though it is vacuumed regularly. The choice of carpet colour is the problem I think. It is a bit spotty. Bathroom is excellent and clean. Staff are polite and professional. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was particularly nice. The room was rather small and gloomy though with a small window overlooking a courtyard. The carpets throughout defiantly need replacing, they look grubby even if they aren't. The breakfast was good but sometimes overcrowded. The staff were courteous and helpful. Easy access...

I booked this hotel for my first trip to Prague. I had read some reviews and it looked like the perfect choice and I was extremely pleased with my overall 3 night stay. We booked transfers to and from the hotel and the drivers were very polite and helpful. The staff at the hotel were knowledgeable and helpful... especially the...

Just stayed here for 3 nights, asked for upgrade to celebrate 50th and was very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the best room in the hotel with fabulous views of the city. Thank you to the hotel for the gift of wine and chocolates. Fantastic location within walking distance of the main areas. Breakfast was included and we found...

Just returned from 3 night stay at this hotel and would use again if going back to Prague. Had free upgrade of room as Best Western Card holder which was good! Large room with view over street that was not at all noisy, except when bin men came around 3:30am each morning. Buffet Breakfast was good with plenty there with...

Stayed here for 3 nights in March on a special KGB deal. I was really surprised at the quality of the hotel. I have stayed in Best Western in the UK and they are just out of date and tired. But this Premier was great. It is obviously well liked as many seemed to have stayed before. We arrived at...

Nothing worked right, from the overhead shower to the dysfunctional wake up call. Other than it's closeness to Wenceslas square, I have nothing good to say about this place. Details: Got there after a long bus ride, a badly needed shower turned into a yoyo game with the shower head that doesn't get fixed at the desired height, ended up...

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my partners 30th after reading great reviews. I couldn't of been happier with my choice. Our room was amazing and having a balcony was great. The staff were great and very helpful, answering all questions and giving us maps etc on arrival. The breakfast was good, lots of choices. Location was perfect,...

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a deal booked through Low Cost Holidays. Located just off Wenceslas Square and about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Old Town. Stayed here for 3 nights with my daughter and friend, who are living in Poland. Hotel was good with the location being not too far from the main area, but not right in it. Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
