Stayed here for 2 nights during a sightseeing trip to Prague. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful- they can't do enough for you. Breakfast is good (choice of cooked or continental), room was clean and bed very comfy. Only downside is, as it's an old building, soundproofing is not great- we could hear the next room's alarm one morning!... More

We recently had a three night stay at Hotel Residence Agnes and cannot say enough good things about this place. From the wonderful Victoria making our dinner bookings to doing our laundry, nothing was too much trouble. Having the services of a driver to take you to wherever you wanted to start your sightseeing each day and then to your... More

This is the friendliest, most helpful hotel I have ever stayed in. My wife and I only stayed for a couple of nights, but we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived, as was every other guest staying there. Wonderful atmosphere, lots of staff on hand to provide you with anything you need and a lovely reception area... More

The comments are definitely true! The location is perfect but still quite. The beds are really comfy and the breakfast is super nice. The service is unreal! They will help you with anything. Everything from planning your day, drive you to the place and even get you your favourite coffee from the shop next door. Feels like a home away... More

Wow! The service at this hotel has spoilt us for all future hotel experiences. We were picked up from the central station by Frank, the ever humble owner of the hotel himself! The staff were exceptionally friendly and every night after a busy day of sight seeing, my wife and I found ourselves looking forward to walking in the hidden... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

Residence Agnes**** is located in the heart of charming Old Town, just a few steps from Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and the Jewish Quarter of Josefov containing preserved synagogues that attract tourists from around the world; it is also close to the attractive Palladium shopping centre. Due to its location, the residence is the ideal base for your visit to Prague – whether for a shopping spree, or to visit cultural and historical sites.
