We stayed here during Euro 2012 because it was one of the official hotels of the German travel agency from which we obtained our game tickets. We originally wanted to stay at the Novotel, but it was sold out. This hotel was very far from Gdansk, but there are buses that run every half hour or so from nearby the hotel. In hindsight, this hotel might have been perfect as we were on day 9 of heavy drinking and the forest and beach setting was amazing for relaxation. Probably a good place for conferences. Food was really good too.

Nice beach is easy to reach after 5 minutes walk through a beautiful pine forest. Hotel is clean, with simple but bright rooms with balconies, some modern amenities like bar, night club (important for groups), internet access. It is necessary to take a taxi or order a bus for a group from a city centre or train station - it is really not close... Anyway location allows to organise BBQ party, theme evenings in pine forest - great adventage for this hotel!

This is not a hotel in central Gdansk; it is a 35-45 minute cab ride from the city center.

Rooms are clean, floors are wood, and my room had a balcony. There is free Internet access and the rooms have a refrigerator. This is not luxury, just accommodations for going to the beach. The beach, which is sand and very wide, is a five-minute walk through a forest that has grown over the dunes. At the entrance to the beach there is a concession stand that sells drinks, ice cream and other items – which also comes in handy for the hotel stay since the nearest town in a 30-minute walk.

The hotel held a BBQ party for our group – they have two locations on the grounds where they hold these parties. The food was very good and it was a great way to spend the last night of our conference.

When you arrive, tell the cab driver to go up the driveway, otherwise you are going to be dropped 100 yards away.

It’s about the restaurant. I don’t mind their wait time for the food to be served. Don’t mind the fact that at 6PM they were out of half the stuff on their menu. Don’t even mind the fact that the waiter didn’t remember our order and that we had to remind her parts of it and then go through with it for her to make sure she charge us for everything we ordered. What I do mind is that after going over every item she brought us a bill wit double charges (twice) and one triple charge on the receipt. The total of the overcharge came to be about 1/4 of the whole bill. STAY AWAY!! Their steeling from customers.

We took a standard room for 2. Hotel has great location in a forest, very close to the beach . Yet, for the quality it is overpriced. Room standard from 70-ties, bathroom is so small that it is hard to turn around. Be careful and do not accept rooms 1, 2, 3 as they are next to reception, employee rooms and laundry. Extremely noisy in the evening and early morning

Old building after modernization, hence some shortcomings. Location on the island at the mouth of the Vistula river. In the immediate vicinity of the seaside pine forest. Beautiful sand dunes. One of the most beautiful sandy beaches. On Sobieszewo Island there is bird sanctuary (Bird Paradise). There is public transport from Gdansk (buses below the train station).

We were a group of 50 people, booked in for a week in August. The hotel is situated on an island (accessible by car/floating bridge) and from the entrance to the seashore is a short 5-10 minute walk.
There are plenty of forest walks, and a sealion sanctuary not far away.
Bikes can be rented from the hotel (20 zloty per day - good value, but don't expect the highest standard of bike!).
We used the good sized conference room, which had plenty of chairs, and was set up with a ceiling projector.
The meals and coffee breaks were good. Though evening meals were less varied/less choice. All in all good value.
The rooms are fine - with balcony. Shower en suite. Not the newest/modernest appliances but satisfactory. Don't expect shower gel/shampoo to be provided though.
I didn't check out the fitness centre because it wasn't open before breakfast, which is when I would have liked to use it (being next to other rooms they think it disturbs people).
There is a spa area also.

Despite paying full price for the hotel (most clients use Groupon or visit for corporation events) we have been not only treated poorly regarding our room (see 'room tips' below) but also for nearly everything at the hotel you have to pay extra!

Parking, pay extra, SPA, pay extra, I was scared to ask for wi-fi password...
I would agree if the price would be much, much lower than other Gdansk hotels, but it is not. Remember that the hotel is close to the beach but still 45min drive to Gdansk (by car).

Breakfast choice is great but you will have to share tables with strangers, very likely not even siting next to your partner due lack of space.

Desk staff very unhelpful, which I cannot say about other members of the team we met. Desk staff have no a clue how the double room idea works. We just got married two days earlier, paid full price (most customers comes t the hotel via corporation events or Groupon) and we have been treated poorly. Upon arrival desk staff informed me, showing their print out (different format to one I used on-line) that they offer double and twin rooms the same way; pushing two beds together, with two single duvets. That's not how it works, which they refused to accept. They offered me to pay extra for an apartment, where actually double beds are used.

We would not be back for sure and would recommend you to consider better hotel.

Good location, nice beach, guard on the beach 9-5pm, however, rooms small, bathrooms like 30 years old, half board - too late dinner, smell in the dining room is strange if air conditioning is off, if it is on - its terribly coooold inside. Food good, but breakfast every day the same. Amount of kids is overwhelming because kids up to 5 pay zero. Cleaning every 2nd day. Animation for kids, spa and fitness - acceptable. Ridiculous proce for "parking" 12 PLN per day...if you park in the middle of a pine forest. Far from everywhere but good communication by bus 8 minutes to the bus stop. No shops nearby, hard to buy water - one shop on campsite nearby, but they charge everything 150% normal prices and offer low quality. Sometimes hard to pay card - wifi and internet breaks down with wind. Receptionists at the hotel do not smile but are like lazy or tired....Ball-poor and kids playground good - in the season recommend for families. Out of season - for elderly people - pine wood quiet.

This hotel needs to be renovated !! Bathrooms terrible. You need to pay for parking. Carpets on the floor sticky and dirty. The time in this hotel stopped in deep communism but the prices haven't. The only good thinks about this hotel is location.
