Spacious clean and reasonably comfortable rooms, breakfast good with something for everybody, personnel friendly and very helpful, yet discreet. Location some 15 minutes walk from the city centre and 10 minutes from the main station, in close neighborhood of the famous former shipyard. The only small minus was the distinct smell of cleaning and desinfection agents. I can certainly recommend...

From the outside the Gryf looks a bit out of place next to blighted buildings and the old shipyard, but the Gryf itself is clean and modern-looking. The staff is friendly and helpful and most speak English well. Our room was simple if a bit worn. The Bathroom could use an upgrade, but otherwise it was a comfortable room with...

Very positive experience. Room was nice size, bed was comfortable and clean, very easy check in. Price was very affordable, and location was excellent for walking to most places. Most thrilling feature for me was a bathtub/shower as most hotels in Poland are mainly showers only. After a day of active walking, a hot soak was just what was needed!...

The hotel is priceworthy and have a good location. By walking, it took us about five minutes to the main train station and ten minutes to old town. There is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly and speak english very well. I would recomend this to people who plan on only sleeping...

Hotel Gryf is a perfect place to stay in Gdańsk. Its in the city center, close to the former shipyard where you can enjoy night life nowadays. The hotel is clean, pet friendly, rooms are large with very comfortable beds. The staff is professional and really helpful. I recommend breakfasts, they're delicious with variety of options for everyone. Gryf Hotel's...

Good hotel with good service. Rooms are good, bathroom is small but with bath. Breakfast is fine, a lot of choice. It's about 10 minutes walking from the old city, near the train station. It's a good place to stay

We stayed at this hotel just for one night (room #219). The hotel is located in the dock area and at the same time it is in the Old Town. Our room was clean and surprisingly large, with own seating area and all necessary accessories, as you can see at my photoes. The wifi was free but not very strong...

We were in trouble to find hotel entrance. Big towels weren't, to dry ourselves after a shower, too short. Hairdrier was wrong. Worn-out armchairs. However, quite and cheap room. W didn't taste breakfast, so we cannot give a report.

Stayed for just two nights with a group of friends. Such a lovely hotel. Staff were so friendly, room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than enough to set you up for the day. Would love to go back and stay. Couldn't believe just what you got for the cost of the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel

On one side of the hotel you has ok view out from the rooms but on the other side you see only expended house a few meters away, not so nice. But the rooms are fine with bathtub, shower and TV. Don´t expect to much for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The hotel is all restored and very nice inside but...
