I’m happy that I could spend in my Business trip two days in this hotel. The neighbourhood is quiet. Food good quality, excellent services and cheap price is another asset. Cleanliness I get A note, od you want earlier brekfast out of the schedule - no problem just say the word. Car parking is free. I’m really content. Rooms are spacious.

Our family very much enjoyed our two-night stay at Hotel Falko. We booked two rooms for the four of us and found the rooms to be clean and very well appointed. The service was warm and hospitable and the breakfasts were outstanding, with made-to-order scrambled eggs and omlets in addition to a very nice buffet selection. (It was probably the best hotel breakfast we had during our stay in Poland.) One of our rooms was very spacious and the other was smaller, albeit adequate in size. The smaller room had a large and luxurious walk-in shower whereas the larger room had a combination bath tub / shower. (I really enjoyed the walk-in shower of the smaller room.) The only drawback to the hotel was the air conditioning system in our rooms. It is operated by a remote control which none of us were able to figure out. I called the hotel staff and they quickly sent someone to get the air conditioning going for us. After seeing how they got the air conditioning working I'm not sure if I'd be able to do it on my own -- the remote control is much too complicated for a simple task like turning on the air conditioning. Eventually the air conditioning in my room stopped working and when another staff member came to have a look she couldn't get it going (the unit was probably malfunctioning) so she immediately relocated us to a nearby room that had a working air conditioner. We couldn't ask for better, more attentive service from the staff. However, the air conditioning remote control is the one thing standing in the way of me giving a full five star rating. (I'd give it four and a half.)

Having stayed in the Hotel Faltom in 2007 we also visited this Hotel for a meal which was excellent. On that basis we decided to book for four nights in November. Our first problem was a lack of response to e mails. We have family in the town so in the end they booked it for us. Our rooms were very modern but lacked a mirror in the bedroom (only in the bathroom). The rooms were cleaned every day but not to a great standard. A sink was just wiped down and glasses we had used the night before were not cleaned. The breakfast was very poor by English standards. They ran out of toast on the first day with an hour left and was very much geared to the Continental customer. On our last day we needed to eat at 7am (when breakfast was supposed to be served) but the place was deserted and we left hungry. Our biggest complaint, and one which means we will never stay there again, was a Disco that carried on in the restaurant until 3am. All or requests to turn the volume down failed and trust me it was truly loud. We got little to no sleep. The Hotel also lacks a proper bar area. On the positive side the restaurant is outstanding and the staff speak good English. The location is also good, near to the town and a very pleasant Park.
