We have booked a room with nice view and balcony. Bathroom was shared but it was clean everwhere. Price was attractive. This accommodation is located in the heart of Gdynia. There are many interesting restaurants near.

Brudne ściany, niski standard, brak sprzątaczki. Łazienka mała i zaniedbana. Tylko lokalizacja na plus. Obsługa próbowała jeszcze oszukać mnie na 30 zł. Rzekomo nie sprawdzili wcześniej należności, choć dzwoniłem dzień wcześniej, przy okazji o to pytając. Nie polecam.

Może zacznę od rzekomej próby oszustwa, bo jest to najmocniejsze oszczerstwo z Pańskiej strony. Nigdy nikogo nie chciałem oszukać, a tym bardziej na 30 zł. Wcale Pan do mnie nie dzwonił dzień wcześniej, tylko rezerwował najpierw dwa pokoje i wysłał na nie zaliczkę, po czym zrezygnował Pan z jednego z nich i sam Pan powiedział, że zdaje sobie sprawę, że zaliczka za ten drugi pokój przepada. To, że przy rozliczeniu w dniu Państwa przyjazdu policzyłem, to 30zł na poczet Państwa pokoju, to była jedynie moja dobra wola. Zawsze staram się wychodzić na przeciw oczekiwaniom moich klientów. Mogli Państwo zrezygnować nawet po przyjeździe i oddałbym Państwu również zaliczkę za oba pokoje (nie raz już tak robiłem, gdy przyjeżdżają goście, a zastany standard im nie odpowiada). Wolę zrobić tak, niż denerwować się czytając takie opinie. Na szczęście większość ocen mojego obiektu jest pozytywna, co może świadczyć jedynie o Państwu. Na przyszłość radzę zainwestować trochę więcej w nocleg, a nie wybierać najtańszej opcji, która nie spełnia Państwa wymagań. Tak jak pisałem, mogli Państwo zrezygnować i spędzić ten czas w odpowiednich dla Państwa warunkach, a nie wystawiać kilku negatywnych opinii, za jeden pobyt. Przyszłych moich gości prosiłbym o zapoznanie się z większą ilością opinii o mojej ofercie i nie sugerować się opinią Pana Kuby Drozda, że próbowałem go oszukać, ponieważ swój biznes prowadzę jak najbardziej uczciwie.
