Very friendly staff and nice breakfast (but terrible coffee), private parking. Room with kettle, safe and mini bar. Good location: Walking distance to main street with restaurants, a mall as well as to the beach. All in all a pleasant stay, even if the interior of the room looked somehow neglected (wallpapers dirty and peeling off). It was not the way the hotel is advertised, a glamorous gem from the 1930ies.

Oh my...I don't even know where to start...Basically we just loved it. My husband and I went there last September 03 for our belated honeymoon. We stayed at Villa Lubicz for a week, and after only one day my husband, who has never been to Poland before, wanted to stay forever. The service and hotel itself was 5*, the food was just divine and everything else was probably one of the most wonderful experiences of our lives. We have both travelled a lot but this was just creme ala creme. I have been to Poland in the past and love this country with all my heart. If you are looking for a great stay full of impaccable style, perfect service, an area full of historical things to do, and just a plain good ol' time--well then, Villa Lubicz and Poland is for you. Note: Make sure you ask the Chef (his name is Martin) at the hotel's restaurant for a genuine Polish meal...You will not regret it.

Tempted to keep this wonderful hotel a secret! Stayed in mid Sept'12 and it was one of our happiest holidays ever. The hotel is lovely- restored to it's 1930s glory with attention to detail including fantastic painted lift shaft, original staircase balustrade, interesting old photos and even a switch to get'30s music!!The hotel is spotlessly clean and very comfotable. The staff are all very friendly, charming, informative and helpful. Breakfasts are very good,we also enjoyed some delicious evening meals. Orlowa is abeautiful coastal area with white sand and wooded cliffs-fantastic for walking. Also close by are all transport links regular and cheap trains and trolley buses a few minutes walk away. It is a quiet area which suited us-not for those who want busy nightlife and lots of shops. Didn't want to leave and would like to return ASAP.

Very cameral hotel close to main Gdynia road and to the sea. Rooms are nice, but ventilation in the bathroom is very loud and interferes during the night. Small restaurant in the basement is also very cameral and nice. Little bit overpriced. The selection is small but good. There were only three main dishes, all meat. When we made our choice, the waiter told us that, our choice run out. Nevertheless, the dinner was very good. Our room was non smoking room but you could smell the nicotine. So, we both woke up with headache. Maybe because of the bathroom noise. Breakfast was very good, but coffee and tea weren't hot. But the selection was very good. Unfortunately, there is small meeting room just next to the restaurant and there was a meeting about to begin. Every particpant of this meeting walk among the tables, which was quite annoying, because there is little space (just four tables). And the big door to the meeting room were wide open so during our breakfast we were doomed to hearing loud greetings and bustle. This is not what you expect from small, cameral hotel. What a pity.

We were a little nervous that the place would have changed having not been there for so long(2012) but it is still a gem. We had the same room with a little balcony and everything was fine. The hotel is so attractive with it's 1930's feel. The historical photo's of Orlowo on the wall are interesting and the painted lift shaft is great. Pity the 1930s 'music switch' in the room does not work now. The two dinners we had in the restaurant were excellent. The breakfast was very good especially the scrambled eggs made to order. The staff are all friendly and helpful and patient with my attempts at Polish! The hotel is in an ideal location close to the Orlowo beach and pier and a short walk to SKM trains which we used daily. It was lovely to return at the end of a long day to the comfort of Willa Lubicz. There are several restaurants along the main road now as well as the one near the beach for a bit of variety. A great place to stay.

Very nice crew, even when arriving late at night. Simple, very clean room and bathroom in a nice location, north of Gdansk but not very far from downtown and close to the beach. Great local breakfast in a well decorated dining room.

Fabulous small/ boutique hotel with professional and friendly service. Stayed in the apartment on the top floor with entrance to apartment straight from elevator ( nice touch - no 'hotel corridors'). Spacious terrace ( table and chairs) with sea view was fantastic and very relaxing after a long day out and about. Not many places along baltic coast with sea view ( in tri-city area) so this is a very big bonus and worth the extra zl:(. Apartment is spacious with a seperate lounge area with comfy Sofa. Tv in lpunge area and tv in bedroom. Buffet Breakfast was plentiful with a few home made items which was a nice touch ( bread, ham etc). And a la carte egg dishes upon request were much appreciated. Last night was interrupted by a faulty alarm system which was a bit noisy but hotel staff compensated for the inconvenience by giving each guest a bottle of wine:) A really nice gesture and totally unexpected!
5 mins walk to beach and local restaurants which is great. Also walking distance via beach/ forest parh to Sopot ( 3 km) but after reaching the hussle and bussle of Sopot i really appreciated the serenity of Willa Lubicz in Orlowo:). I'll be back for sure- in sunmer or winter!

Perfect location, short walk to beach, pier and wood,s or to shops and train station in other direction. From the outside the hotel doesn't look that impressive but inside was perfect, chic thirties style but cosy at the same time. We had a very large room and were greeted with a basket on our bed containing cranberry liqueur and chocolates. The room did get quite light early in the morning so we woke early but it was a beautiful room. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and tasty with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly, hotel very inexpensive compared to hotels of this standard elsewhere in Europe, would happily stay here again.

Small and chic hotel, within walking distance (5 mins) from the seaside, small pier, cliffs, woods and a charming restaurant serving excellent sea food. Wonderful location for people who love to walk! Just one train stop or a long walk away from Sopot and the aquapark.
Our room was large (double with an extra bed for a kid), airy, clean and classy furniture. Breakfasts were served in a small restaurant located in the basement - quite delicious, nice selection.
