I am from USA visiting a friends and family. I was booked at expensive highly rated hotel at the beach with 5 stars. However, in reading the reviews statements if many stairs just to enter hotel, then no parking except street blocks away etc. so this wouldn't work hauling luggage along street and up long stairs...monitoring parking. Yikes. My friend recommended the Business Faltom Hotel last minute. It is a10 minute ride or more with traffic but worth getting out if the hectic beach center. Nice professional staff, speak English and helpful with everything. Good AC in my room. Nice modern room with card fir electricity and comfy beds. Windows open. Back rooms are better for less road noise. Best part the Restaurant is spectacular. Wow! Great menu choices and decor is linens and comfort. The environment around the hotel is local commerce and not beautiful but inside hotel is great. Uber to beach was 30 zloty but restaurants unless very posh were nit as good as at Fathom in my opinion. Service is the best. Free parking! Elevator! No stairs to enter!❤️…

We stayed 2 nights. The room was fresh clean and tidy and the staff was very nice and provided an excellent service. It’s only a 3 star hotel, but it’s more like a 4 star hotel. Pool and gym is in good condition. Good price and it’s cheap to take a taxi when you’re going to Sopot, Gdańsk or Gdynia.

It’s a very good hotel, staff is nice and helpful, I was able to check in early. You can use the hotel’s amenities, like spa and pool. Only thing, it’s a little far from the city, and the nearest train station it’s like 1km.

This is a modern facility, the decor is very much like in the US (carpeted floors, the floor design etc.). Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was really delicious. The hotel doesn't have much to offer in its environs and you might feel slightly imprisoned as far as food options. Otherwise, the place is comfortable, fresh, elegant.

Nice restaurant with good food. Prices are not so high, good service. Perfect for families with children - there is place for them to play when adults want to eat and drink in peace.It is great place to stay while you visit Gdynia although it is a little bit far from Gdynia.

Excellent place to stay while visiting Gdynia. It is a bit out of the way which is nice. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food was excellent. The pillows were a little large and the bed was foam mattress. The wifi was very good.

Great for kids with a great swimming area. Playroom for the youngest. bowling in the evening and training in the afternoon. Good breakfast. Ok service. Close to the main road. Close to train station. 30 min with taxi from airport costs 100 sloty.

Really nice hotel outside Gdynia (taxi 10 min to center). Really clean, wonderful and helpful staff. good breakfasts, nice jacuzzi and saunas. I think it should be rated 4* even though is advertised as 3* . Great value for money...

The hotel is in it self is great; new, friendly staff, clean rooms and generous on the amenities. Free wifi, with acceptable speed is offered and included in the room price. Breakfast selection is also very good. The rooms are isolated from outside sound, and the ones facing the back yard give you lots of privacy. However, the property is a bit far away from the downtown of Gdynia, and even further of Gdansk. That said, if you are here for leisure and aim for tourist activities downtown, you will have to relay on either the public transportation (which, isolated, is very good in general), taxi's or a rental car. The place is great if you have business or family matters in Rumia, Reda and Gdynia. They do have a fairly big parking area for your car, anyway. I have stayed there twice, with a third time coming up, and will not hesitate to recommend the place.…

Short stay with my wife while visiting my mother and grandmother. Needed a hotel with an accessible room as my wife has a disability. The room was well laid out and the bathroom very easy to get into. Shower/wet room was good. The restaurant was very good, breakfast each day was good with plenty of choices. Had dinner one evening which was very good, plenty of choice on the menu and very reasonably priced. Our bedroom could be quite warm at times but the air conditioning sorted that out. All the hotel staff were very nice, spoke good English (my lack of Polish was evident). Even though this Best Western is classed as a business hotel it suits other travellers too. We didn't have time to make use of the spa, jacuzzi or other facilities, but they looked good too. Had a few drinks in the bar each night, Polish beer very good, spirits and other drinks available too just like any hotel bar. I will definitely stay here again. …
