Big room, old furniture, tiny bathrooms that are way outdated. There is a bad smell on the way to the rooms and there had definitely been smoking in the room we stayed . I don't mind the price, due to staff hospitality but there is no way I am going back to that hotel.

The first time I stayed here was about 6 years ago and how times have changed. Hotel is OK but now needs updating to compete with the Hotel Elblag just over the road. Room was adequate but worn carpet, basic bathroom and gloomy decor do not provide the traveller with a sense of being looked after. Restaurant food was reasonable...

Excellent staff, very friendly. Comfortable rooms and decent showers. Very central location for old city. only down side is there no lift and the club underneath can get noisy. However myself and four others enjoyed our stay especially the great staff from manager to waitress for whom no task was to hard, even getting us an early breakfast.

Service is definately the thing that makes this hotel shine. The staff is sincerely working to make you happy. Rooms are spacious and decently decorated. No elevator. Good breakfast. Well worth of price.

I've been using this hotel for several years now, and, while not perfect, it is very good value for money, clean and in a great location in the old town. There is no lift, which can be a pain, but that is a minor point. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are always very friendly...

Hotel Viwaldi is situated on the almost pedestrian Stary Rynek, a totally rebuilt street in the old renaissance and rococo styles. It stands just in front of the beautiful facade of Hotel Elblag, where you can find the safe car parking. My room ( number 100) was huge (between 40 and 50 square meters), with a beautiful view towards the...

A lovely hotel in Elblag, great value for money. I had a huge room with a large lounge area and double bathroom. The decor was a bit old and tired but it was clean and very comfortable. The key thing for this hotel however is the staff, they are all so helpful and nice. From the moment I arrived they...

The hotel is not great. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms are small and old. There is odour of cooking and cigarette smoke wandering around the rooms. There are definitely better hotels in Elbląg.

The premises are old and unpleasant. General: No elevator (stairs for 2 to 3 floors are not bery nice when you carry a heavy luggage). Had to suffer the smoke smell from people smoking ... somewhere in the hotel (very unpleasant especially at night when you are not a smoker). Overall bad soundproofing. Room: Was small, ugly design (70th), bed...

Stayed here for one night after turning up in town unexpectedly following a change of plan. The welcome was helpful and friendly, the price was reasonable, the place was clean and bright, and the location was great - just off the market square, by the dock and near plenty of restaurants and bars. I was able to get a parking...
