The hotel is oldfashion! The furniture is not of the modern style. The bathroom needs some refurbishment. But the staff is nice , specially at the reseption. The breakfest is rich and tasteful. The hotel is a few steps from the old town. The best of all is price!!! Cheap and clean hotel!

Cozy and clean hotel near the old city. Old town view rooms, perfect and various food at breakfast. Optimal price for it's quality. Highly recommend this hotel for your short or long stay in Elbląg. But one towel was dirty and poor wifi inside the room:)

Considering the price (I must have paid 140 and 150 zł. for a single room with breakfast), the excellent breakfast (no need to eat again until the evening!) and the very short distance to the city centre, this place is absolutely alright. It is very quiet too. A small minus point may be the fact that there was a problem...

The night club downstairs couldn't be heard at all. However, the whole property and rooms are tired, worn and old - could really use a refurbishment. Street noise could be heard in the room and it...

I have stayed in this hotel three times before, when it was known as the Hotel ELZAM, and under different management. Nothing visually has changed, but it had a strange air of "faded glory", and there was nothing much going on, and not much sign of other guest for most of the day.. The shop, which is advertised as open...

+ Very cheap and clean. Excellent service for the price. The staff was extremely welcoming and the cleaning maids were always trying to be arranging. Staff at the reception called us cabs and looked for some information on the Polish internet for us. - No mini bar. No boiler to make tea or coffee in the bedrooms. No bottles of...
