Very friendly staff in a clean nicely furnished hotel. I recommend using a taxi outside of hotel as the hotel transport is expensive. Breakfast is fine if you stick with the continental option. Based on comfort and location I would stay here again.

Visited this hotel in the old quarter of Krackow and would thoroughly recommend it both for the decor, breakfast and ideal location. Staff are friendly, helpful and attentive plus the style of the hotel is a touch of luxury.

I think it was 3 floors I would definitely recommend this hotel and it is regarded as quite swish by the locals.
