I loved staying here. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional. They made me feel very welcome. In addition, they were brilliant with suggesting places for me to visit, how to reach them and even where to eat. Incidentally, there's also a tourist information office across the road from the hotel. Check in was straightforward and easy. Even though I arrived early, my room was ready for me. I had one of the rooms with a terrace. One is located over the other. Mine was the lower room and might not have had quite such a good view, but the upper terrace protected mine from the elements which I felt was more of an advantage. The room was a good size with sufficient sockets within easy access. The bathroom was enormous with a shelf and brilliant shower. Complementary fizzy and still water was provided each day. I could choose whether I wanted housekeeping or not. The bed was comfortable with a non feather duvet. The black out curtains were effective. Air conditioning worked well. There was sufficient storage. The rooms have proper keys. A definite plus in my opinion. Reception is open 24 hours. Quite inadvertently, I saw staff cleaning a room and also the lift. I can honestly admit that I've never witnessed such thorough cleaning in any hotel. Ever. Breakfast was served to the table. I'm not sure if this was due to COVID-19, but I think that it's a better arrangement than a buffet which I'm not keen on. I never can be certain whether people have touched or sneezed over something I later eat. The homemade lemonade was wonderful as was the bread and chocolate spread. The location of the hotel was ideal for public transport and sightseeing. I'd recommend this hotel without hesitation. I even booked to return in December, but sadly COVID-19 prevented this. Hotel is excellent. The design in hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious, aesthetic and very, very cosy. Staff is helpful and responsive. There is available a parking as well, and it costs about 4 euro for 24h. But if you arrive later than 8pm, you can have free parking until 10am on the street near to hotel, between 10am and 8pm it costs 4-5 PLZ (about 1 euro per hour). Breakfast at the hotels restaurant is excellent, as well you can have a dinner in this Italian restaurant. Old town and main square is 5 min walking distance from hotel. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.
It was our second time visiting Hotel 32 and we’d absolutely return again. The hotel is a beautiful design offering modern and spacious rooms. Our room was disinfected prior to arrival and was absolutely spotless. We opted for a room with a balcony which was really lovely. Reception staff and cleaning staff extremely pleasant and helpful and gave us advice for remaining covid secure whilst visiting Kraków. Lovely Italian restaurant connected to the hotel which offered really lovely pizzas/pastas to either eat in or room service. The hotel is a 10minute walk to the Main Square in Kraków making it ideal for closeness but then quietness at night. Lots of bakeries and mini super markets next to the Hotel also. Thanks Hotel 32, we loved our stay and will return!
A fantastic hotel in a great location about 150m from the riverside. The room we were given (20) was extremely spacious and deep cleaned (C-19) prior to our arrival. The area surrounding the hotel had many eateries ideal for breakfast and was very convenient for tram stops to take you the short distance into the old town. The staff were extremely helpful and the C-19 restrictions in place weren't too invasive - just enough! Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel 32 in Krakow is a remarkable hotel located about 15 minutes walk from the market place. The hotel is brand new, quiet (choose the ones facing the back). The welcom is perfect and the cleanliness as well as the quality of materials. An italien restaurant is connectd to the hotel and propose delicious pasta and pizza. Because of Covid 19, we unfortunately ended-up with a return flight to France by a low cost carrier and we owe a geat recognition to Kamil, the Chief Receptionist, who help us with real efficency which allowed us to return to France... If there are still establishments in the world of hotels where the concept of customer service takes on its full meaning, it's the hotel 32 in Krakow. A big thankyou for anything !
