The room 51 is beautiful, it’s all black and luxry. The jaccuzi outside is huge and nice. All equipment like huge tv that can be seen in jacuzzi too, is great. Good food nice people. Very nice for romantyczny weekend. Really enjoyed the stay there.

We arrived here Wednesday the 4th of November and was greeted by a lovely, smiley girl on reception (sorry I did not catch her name) who was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the full stay. Before arriving we had exchanged numerous emails answering any queries I had in a very timely manor. They where kind enough to let us leave our luggage before the actual check in time of 3pm whilst we explored the city, this was very helpful. From start to finish every member of staff we met could not do enough for you, all being very polite and professional at the same time. We where able to add on the all inclusive deal which was amazing value for money. Every single drink and bit of food that passed our lips was delicious. An extra added bonus was using the mobile which doubled as the room key, to ring down to reception to ask for more drinks/food to be brought up to the roof top jacuzzis and also to the room. We honestly felt like royalty. The suite we stayed in with our own private hot tub was gorgeous. Really well thought out and designed and very comfy beds! We most definitely will be back and already can’t wait to return. Although we visited during or a global pandemic and a partial lock down our trip was simply wonderful and nothing spoilt our little get away. If anything it made it that bit more special. So thank you to all the staff at The Loft, amazing hotel and customer service! 5 stars is the least you all deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Booked into The Loft for a short break away with friends due to its proximity to the city centre. We were incredibly impressed by the friendliness of the staff on arrival and the continued hospitality throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was luxuriously appointed and I appreciated the modern touches. The highlight of our stay was visiting the rooftop jacuzzi which gives fantastic views over Krakow.

Everything from the facilities to the service was spectacular! The room was luxurious and spacious and the staff were so helpful. I have a gluten allergy and the restaurant was so obliging in adapting to my needs. Likewise, I had to work from the hotel and found the WiFi to be even better than what I had at home! All in all, I will never stay anywhere else when returning to Poland. The location was also perfect and just a short walking distance from all the main sights! Thank you so much!

From the moment I booked the hotel staff was outstanding with helping me under the current circumstances regarding Covid, they enabled me to pay and change dates last minute etc. I suprised my boyfriend with the rolls Royce airport pick up which we both loved, the driver was great and helped guide us with places around town. The hotel room was lovely and really liked the idea of the phone key, with control of lights, heating, tv and the rest. The room was clean and beds was comfy. We was also left with a welcome bottle of Prosecco and wine aswell as a free mini bar The bar and restaurant within the hotel was also nice, we got a pizza from the stone oven and it was really nice as well as breakfast in the morning. The cocktails are very nice and well priced. Our favourite part of the hotel was the 24hr jacuzzi, we used this twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening it’s such a nice touch we really liked this. The hotel is also in a great location, only a 5 min walk from the main town. We also booked our trip through the hotel and again a great service was provided. Overall I could not fault this hotel at all and when returning to Krakow with definitely be returning to this hotel and we have recommended to many friends. Thanks for having us :)
