Spotlessly clean room with desk and chair and good size bathroom with toiletries provided. We were on the third floor and it was quiet apart from the ambulance siren from the hospital nearby which did not bother us in the least. The location is convenient to buses and trams in one direction and walking distance to the market square the... More

Stayed here on business, bought 48 British school children in November 2016. The hotel has an annexe at the side to accommodate school groups and this is where we stayed. Meals are taken in the hotel restaurant. Room was clean and well maintained with TV hair dryer etc. Wifi was good in my room and all ber the hotel, however... More

Wonderful stay, excellent, friendly service. Gave good advice on places to visit, booked taxis and even provided a packed lunch when my wife and I went on a day trip! Would most certainly stay here again. Only downside was that there were no English speaking TV stations - but we didn't go all that way to stay in the hotel... More

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in Kraków, the hotel is situated about a 10 minute walk from the old town in a quiet area. I could not fault anything about this hotel, it is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We asked the reception to call a taxi a couple of times and... More

Somewhat old fashion familiy hotel with an apparently relaxed but very efficient staff. I love it! Good and complete breakfast, good restaurant with charming little terrace, good food, good beer. Charming double room (17) with flowers and a bottle of wine at arrival, if you ask, like me... Good location at fifteen minutes by foot to everywhere in the central... More

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is very close to the Old Town city square where all the action is. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We were charged 5 euros extra per day to use the air conditioner in the room. I thought this was a little petty, but I would stay there again.

Was staying here for 2 nights. The hotel is only a short walk from the Old Town and is in a very quiet area. The rooms are classic, traditional and big. Service is very polite and helpful. Very good choice for breakfast, again great quality.

I stayed here for a week and would definitely go back. The room was spacious with comfortable temperature, good air circulation and a large bathroom. The restaurant downstairs serves good food at reasonable prices, and the breakfast had a a large variety of items, including eggs. The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from a few markets and... More

We stayed there for two nights and it was our first time there. Hotel is stunning, our room was just beautiful, large, with nice patio area. Service is excellent. Breakfast in the morning is very good. Hotel is a short walk from the main square. Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed for two nights as part of a motorbike trip around Europe. Clean comfortable hotel with very friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Special parking area behind a roller shutter door, with walk in access from hotel car park, for the bikes. Both breakfast (included in the room rate) and dinner were excellent and very good... More
