The hotel is well located in the heart of a very charming Jewish quarter. Very authentic. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was continental, but two mornings running they had ran out of black tea so if you did not like herbal tea or coffee you had to make do with juice and we were down for breakfast at...

The hotel is well located in the heart of a very charming Jewish quarter. Very authentic. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast very good. We could really enjoy our stay, no hustle and no stress and no crowds of bus tourists like in big hotels. This hotel was cozy and comfortable. Walking distance to the centre and Wawel....

We visited here for 3 nights, arrived late but they had no issue holding the room. A very quiet hotel, clean room & comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice & plentiful, its in the jewish district so the main square is a short taxi ride away for about 2-3 euro. There are buggies outside to take you on city tours which...

However there were some major shortcomings: Curtains looked nice but were completely inpractical - huge gaps in them letting in light and lacking privacy. one of the receptionists gave us incorrect information regarding when and...

I'll start by saying the 'most' important sentence I look for and that is... 'I'd definitely stay there again' Having been to Krakow before we'd previously stayed in a larger hotel close to the main central squares 'Rynek Glowny'. The squares are only about 15-20 minutes meandering walk from Hotel Ester. However, this time we opted to stay in the...

Hotel in jewish quarter, easy access to lots of bars and restaurants. Beside the Old Synagogue and twenty mins walk to main square. Taxis rank outside the door. Great little bar across the street, and spar supermarket around the corner. Hotel old fashioned but very clean, and warm. Bedrooms perfect with lots of hot water and fresh towels daily. Mini...
