We arrived in Kraków with no prior booking the evening before a long weekend. Parked the car and found this wee gem! Within our budget, parking, very close to old town square, very helpful at desk making it work at the last minute and a spacious room with a good size bathroom. Bed was fine for us but then we...

Just back from a 3 night stay in Krakow! Hotel was really lovely and the staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful - nothing was a problem! Was just 3 mins from main central square and really in the heart of everything! Would really recommend for a city break!

Hotel is located in a great location and very reasonably priced. Front desk employees are extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were clean but very outdated and the beds were horribly uncomfortable (very hard). Breakfast in the restaurant was very good however our dinner was not.

The hotel is nice, located 1 block from the Old Town. Simple but cosy. Staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast is good. Wifi in the room not very fast but it worked quite well. The hotel is located in a building of the 19th century. Just be careful because there is another Fortuna hotel, called Fortuna Bis. They...

I found the Fortuna much as described here -- a bargain with a lot to recommend it. The rooms are larger than hotels in the heart of the old town -- huge and high-ceilinged -- yet the location on the edge of the old town makes it very suitable for tourists. The breakfast is buffet extensive (including scrambled eggs and...

I've found a good offer and I booked for 6 nights at this hotel. The room is simple but it has everything is needed and it is very spacious. The style of the hotel is the typical style of Krakow. Finally, the location is very good.

Returned about two weeks ago from Krakow after spending almost a week. One of my favorite cities. The location of the hotel Fortuna is perfect. About 3 blocks from the wonderful city centre. I've visited Krakow at least 5 times and always stayed at the Fortuna. However there is no elevator. The breakfast is wonderful, excellent staff at the front desk...

This is in a perfect location. Don't expect any amenities in your room like shampoo, etc. But the desk is very helpful and the breakfast are good. The room next to the main road can be a little noisy but not to bad if you keep the window shut. This is the third time I have stayed at this location.
