This hotel is situated in the heart of the old town; about a 2-3 minute walk from the main square. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. The reception staff all speak good English and are very helpful.

One could not choose a better spot: in the middle of the old town but on a side street without the noise or crowds. A short walk to virtually everything in the old city, and a 5 minute cab ride to the train station. There are excellent restaurant choices in every direction, beginning with the hotel's own "Black Duck". Very...

We found the Wawel Hotel to be very clean, quiet and a great value for the money. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was more than adequate. Our room was attractive, bed comfortable, shower great. Very short walk to the square made us feel a little like locals. We recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

We arrived into the train station and walked to the hotel (an easy walk), it wasn't the easiest to find, so make sure you have your map with you. The rooms are clean enough, if a little out dated. The breakfast is something I could happily miss. Location is brilliant though, walking distance from the train station, castle and numerous...

As always a clean comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast plentiful and well presented. Reception staff helpful when booking trips. Have not tried the spa this trip but will do so on future visits. I always wonder why there is no plugs in the wash basins in the rooms.

Met by friendly, helpful staff we instantly loved this hotel. Spotlessly clean with beautiful decor and very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Free coffee in the Orangey overlooking the enclosed courtyard was very pleasant. A good selection of continental breakfast was available or bacon, eggs or omelet cooked to order. The location was perfect with access to the Square, Wavel Castle...

I spent two nights at this delightful hotel right in the middle of Old Town. Terrific location for everything you desire. I was sightseeing and the hotel gladly set me up with a tour of the concentration camp. I just requested it the day I checked in and it was arranged for the following day. The rooms are very nice...

What a wonderful hotel! We were very pleased with our stay here and would stay here again if we came back to Krakow. My husband and I were travelling with our 7-month old son. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. The hotel provided a cot for our baby. The reception staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, booking us...
