Excellent value. The walls and public areas are painted with beautiful murals, the stairs are marble, the rooms are large with refrigerators and lovely wall coverings. Perfectly clean. Unlimited very hot water with huge water volume (we like a generous shower). One problem - intermittant sewer gas smell in bathroom only - may be a general problem because we noticed...

Such a lovely clean hotel situated 10 mins away from the main square . The staff are very friendly and will help you in what ever way they can. The restraunt ( the flying Goose) is lovely and clean and served a lovely breakfast, again the staff very friendly and always replenishing food when it runs out, so the food...

We stayed here for 3 nights in April, and while we enjoyed our time in Krakow, this hotel was only average. The location was excellent with nice rooms. Internet was difficult, breakfast only average, and minimal room amenities. It wouldn't take much to make this a much better hotel experience.

We stayed here for 4 days over a bank holiday. And needless to say the stay was really comfortable. The rooms were really clean. And the hotel was centrally located with everything in walking distance. But the best part about the stay are the staff. There was a lady at the reception who helped us out with umbrellas when it...

We stayed here in winter for my birthday. It was beautiful. Rooms are very cosy and warm even though the snows falling hevaliy outside. The breakfast which is included is beautiful. Lots of choice of nice meats and cheeses and breads. The bar is very reasonable and great to sit and have a vodka. Lovely staff too.

Been to this hotel a few times now and I go to Krakow 3 to 4 times a year. This is the best hotel in Krakow, I would recommend this definitely. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the restaurant next door is fantastic.

We stayed in this hotel in February 2015 for three nights, and would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel has a great location and is only a five minute walk from the Cloth Hall area, five 10 minutes walk to Wawel Castle, and 15 minute walk to the Shopping Mall. The rooms are excellent, very spacious, clean and very well...

Very helpful staff. Excellent large room with newly renovated bathrooms. A bit disappointed for the breakfast, I hope the owners will renovate this room as well. - and invest in a proper coffemachine ! Still I will absolutely recommend this hotel and will come back .

I stayed here for two nights. A very nice hotel in a perfect location in the centre near lots of sights. The room I had was large and comfortable. The hotel also has a nice restaurant cooking excellent local food.
