We stayed here for three nights recently. The hotel was basic - no air con or tea/coffee making facilities but we knew this when we booked. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast selection good although you needed to get there early around 8am as when...More
don't expect luxury but basic European hotel. Shampoo and soap was not replaced daily and the cleaners missed our room 1 day though we left the hotel at 9 in the morning and came back 7 in the afternoon. No explanation or apology was given...More
I am reviewing this as to what I would expect from a three star hotel. Visited as a family of three in a triple room for a three night stay. Two large and comfortable single beds, but the third was more like a fold out...More

We spent a week-end there, last minute reservation for a pretty good price, twin-bed room on the first floor. The hotel is centrally located, in the old town, not on the main square but about 5m walk from there.
The personnel is matter-of-factly, nothing special....More

Hi. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the town square, about 10 to 15 bminutes past the Barbican and along Florianska street. The hotel is located just on the other side of the main road which surrounds the old city and the "park" around the old walls known as the Planty. It is also very close to the new shopping Mall called "Galeria Krakow".
We have been to the Auschwitz/Birkenau site, To be honest, we were so upset by it that we only managed to do the morning visit around the old army baracks which was the original camp. It is a museum and memorial, but it is not a fun day out, so be prepared for the emotions that you will experience when you see the "exhibits" and realise just what happened there. You might find a trip to the Wieliczka salt mines much more rewarding and enjoyable.
