I have just arrived back home from the most gorgeous city iv ever saw. We arrived at this hotel & it didnt look the best from the outside but when we went in it was completely different. The reception staff were lovely, give us an amazing room with an unreal view over the water & onto the castle. Rooms were...

What a great surprise. On the approach to the hotel, I was wondering what we had gone to. Not the prettiest looking hotel, but we were greeted warmly and given lots of information and a map. The room was immaculately clean, although basic. Hairdryer upon request at reception. Room was lovely and warm and the heating system easy to use....

Great hotel within walking distance of the old town, staff very helpful and pleasant, weather a bit on the chilly side be hotel was warm and cosy. Nice quiet hotel, lovely room overlooking the river. 10 minute walk to the Christmas market which was very good. Hotel staff very helpful, continental breakfast was excellent and the water to make tea was boiling, which is very rare when out of the U.K

The hotel is in a great location, rooms are basic, with no tea or coffee facilities. There is no relaxation area, to have a drink. breakfast is served on first floor with a beautiful view over looking the castle. Great place for the price,

It's in a tucked away location but directly on the river facing the dragon and castle. The staff speak good English and were helpful. The rooftop bar was the best feature. The rooms were good, although the wifi wasn't good in the rooms, it was much stronger in the hallway. The rooms are modern, but the closer you look, the...

Nice view to the castle. Easy to access to old town by walk. Spacious room. We have stayed there for 5 nights in Oct 2016 and has positive feeling overall. It definitely meet the three stars level. I would recommend to choose this hotel as your base to explore Krakow.
