All in all, a pretty decent place to stay. It makes a refreshing change to have a free pot of tea and some bread and jam to welcome you. The owners were fairly helpful with information and directions. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was satisfactory and the location is pretty good as well. Considering the price, I...

We stayed in this guest house for one night due to our plane being grounded by fog, our experience at the airport, so late a night, was softened by the stay at The Piano. The hosts were so obliging friendly, helpful and the house was beautiful. The decor took our breath away. Our room was so big with a lovely...

WOW – what can we say – a group of 8 ladies stayed here in September/October 2008 for four nights. It was great from start to finish. Tadeusz and his mother picked us up from the airport and on arrival at the Piano Guest House gave us tea/coffee and Polish cake as welcome to Krakow before showing us to our...

Just returned to the Uk after spending three nights at the Piano Guest House at the end of a four city tour. We received a nice welcome , with drinks and sound advice on where to eat what to do and how to do it! Our room was clean with a very good bathroom towels changed daily. Breakfast was plentiful...

It's true what the others write-the owners are nice and friendly. Untill you complain. And there's a lot to complain about... Firstly, the neighbourhood is awfull. At one side you're surrounded by highways, at the other-by a cemetery! The neighbour houses are completely devastated and we ask ourself who could live like that. Secondly, the house is really old and...

9 of my family stayed at this guest house for 3 nights. What a fantastic welcome we received. Tea/coffee and cake on arrival after being collected from the airport. We where given recommendations on where to eat, we used 3 of these recommendations and where so pleased we did, food was great. They gave us travel guidance. What more could...

I spent four nights at the Piano. It lived up to its excellent reputation. Madame made me very welcome. She met me at the airport and provided tea and cake to revive me after a difficult flight. The room was very clean and comfortable. The central heating could be adjusted to deal with the temperature variations outside. It was very...

Very hospitable hosts but it pains me to say that the hygeine in this place is sorely lacking. I stayed for four nights and five days, during which we never had towels or bedding changed and our bins were never emptied. The wooden floor was also very dirty and I got very badly bitten by bed bugs, the first time...

what a place to stay. Mother and son run in a family style guest house. Oldy woldy decor adds to the ambience. You can get to the main market square in under 15 minutes walking, Breakfast is fantastic. Only thing missing is a TV in the room but with the price of cherry vodka in krakow i doubt a tv...
