This hotel is a short walk from the main sqare -- fairly expensive here for Poland, lovely old buildings, not many of them have toilets on the ground floor, so be careful!!!!! Our room was at the top and we could not open a window as there wwere only 2 skylights and it was raining. Good breakfast but the room... More

The Jordan is a well located hotel for exploring the old city and environs of Krakow. The rooms are spacious but perhaps a little austere. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful though some small matters were unable to be fixed. The desk table light proved to be unsolvable and a light in the bathroom that refused to... More

The hotel was brilliant I stayed for several days and I could not fault it. I had a nice clean en-suite room, the breakfast was very good there was lots of choice with cereals, herring, cheese, bread, biscuits etc being offered - Polish bread is excellent I discovered. Breakfast is served 7 am - 10 am. The staff were helpful... More

We chose jordan because of its close proximity to the old town and were not disappointed. The staff were all so polite and put us to shame with their excellent english. An easy walk to the centre where it is very buzzy. A really clean town no litter anywhere. Prices were good with the smaller places being excellent value, again... More

stayed for 6 days to explore city and surrounding attractions. Rooms are spacious & spotless, good WiFi. Breakfast buffet outstanding! Staff very friendly and helpful. Just 300m from the main plaza, try to have a room to the back, rooms to the front will get some traffic noise

When we arrived, we thought oh no!! But we were pleasantly surprised. You went up to our room in a lift that was obviously put in at a later date as it went on the outside of the building. Our room was at the front and had two large windows. It was very spacious and lovely and clean. The hotel... More

I had an amazing stay at this guest house. The staff and fellow guests were simply amazing. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. It's in walking distance to the train station as well as the Old Town. I told the staff, "we're pretty much family now, so I'll have to come back for a reunion soon." Lol
