We only stayed two nights, arrived early (5am) and were catered for by staff. The rooms were well appointed and clean. Security seemed to be at a premium. Not the best location but we found our way around. Good value foe money

We booked the apartment through booking.com and in the process of booking found out that the apartments are rented by different companies, therefore everybody gets a different deal. we are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. While we were offered a smaller apartment we opted for a bigger and more comfortable one so that the kids had their...

I normally stay in hotels, so taking an apartment was a change. I was very pleasantly surprised with the Platinum residence. The rooms where large, the internet the fastest I have ever had in a hotel type and the location whilst a little out of the city, was still close enough to get around. The only minor negatives where some...

Very nice room, great location (near the city centre). We didn´t have breakfast in a hotel so I don´t know this service. We did so because of that there was a fully equipped kitchen so we bought and prepared our breakfasts. Service was also very kind, we wanted tea and coffee at about 9pm and they came. We also wanted...

It says it is a five star hotel, it´s not! We lived in apt and the rooms were small, the bathroom had showergel and so on attached to the wall. Not what You expect on a five star place. The balcony was ok, but no furniture on it. The distance to city are longer then the hotelsite claims it is....

Ideal for the business traveller, although the only thing I used from the fully stocked kitchen was a glass! Good location and helpfully has a supermarket on the ground floor, as well as a selection of (mediocre) restaurants. Breakfast is served in a bakery-cum-cafe in the attached shopping mall using a voucher provided by reception. The service there is incredibly...

What a great place to stay in Warsaw! The corner-appartement we had was on the 11th floor and was super. Kitchen, washer, dishwasher, electric cooker, toaster,2 satellite TV`s, 2 dvd players, a free safe in the bedroom etc. etc. Downstairs is a supermarket where they baked fresh bread everyday. it`s a 10 minute walk to the zlote tarasy and the...

I was actually confused when others commented on TRIP ADVISOR about distance from the city center first of all because mainly of the various places in the area and variety of shops. Not to mention its a 18 PLN to OLD TOWN and so on..... lets leave the curious notes and get down to the good points. Its a well...

Full kitchen, clean bathroom. Good apartment for families, definitely not a hotel. This is definitely not a hotel and a 5-star hotel, it is an apartment. No valet, no amenities. Luxury suite should at least have a view! We were on the 2nd floor. Windows are very dirty. Hallway was poor as well. Worse was that the water was out,...

excellent hotel. we have stayed here for four night. we got rooms on 11th floor with the balcony. our balconies were almost connected and we really loved that. hotel staff was friendly. the only bad thing was the pool. they did not give the key for place to put clothes when you go to the pool, so you have to...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The best solution is the combination of advantages of either hotel or apartment and in order to measure up to such expectations, we came up with an exceptional project called the Platinum Residence. Platinum Residence is a modern complex offering completely furnished apartments, with reception desk and concierge services, access to an exclusive fitness club or Platinum Residence gym, as well as restaurants and cafe bars in the shopping gallery - all supported by five-star hotel services. Platinum Residence apartments, situated in the Platinum Towers, are forming a complex with the building of the Hilton Warsaw Hotel and Convention Centre. Among almost 400 apartments constructed in both towers, only 220 apartments, which have been furnished and equipped to satisfy sophisticated taste and needs of their residents, were selected for the Platinum Residence project. ... more   less
