Friendly staff, good location in the centre of Warsaw. For my wallet it was a relatively good price as well.room ( Angela) was clean and tidy. Bed looked old but was surprisingly comfortable. Room was well heated. Good wi-fi and you can have read and coffees in a communal area. Vegan milk was provided which was great and a big...

£20 a night, absolute rip off in my opinion. We'll start with the location, approximately 15/20 minutes walking distance from Warsaw Central station, surrounded by shops and bars, as well as housing for some rather undesirable types. The hostel is located down a busy side street, isn't particularly easy to find. If you come across a chicken takeaway, look over...

Luckily we stayed there only for a night, but it was enough to have the worst opinion about this place. Very rude staff, who cannot care less about their clients, our room was like we were in jail, uncomfortable and dirty beds. Finally there was no Wi-Fi.

Before booking the hostel, I checked the scores and rating, and they were quite decent. I stayed in the hostel 2 nights. The first night I got a place in a room for 5 people, and my stay was quite nice (except for the fact that the beds were not very comfortable). My another night was a horror. Being a...

It is only 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city, you don't need to buy any kind of tickets to get into the down town. However, it's in between two stops of the subway line 1 (Centrum and Politechnika stations), 5-7 minutes walk from each. Our room was nice (clean, comfortable bed, not dark, wifi operating), but the...

I was staying there with my partner in spring 2014 and regret every single minute I spent there. Very unfriendly, unhelpful and rude staff members. Bedroom was not cleaned and wasn't ready for our arrival even though we arrived late in the evening. Breakfast worse than anything and atmosphere was so bad I couldn't believed we stayed in a cooperative...

Google maps says that Emma Hostel is 'permanently closed' - it's not! Upon reading this just before our flight we panicked a bit but thankfully it was open. The hostel was clean, the service was friendly, and it's in a great location - within walking distance of major transport systems and interesting places to visit. The wifi on the top...

It took a while of walking up and down Wilcza before I eventually found the hostel; and getting through the main gate (both in and out) is a tough job in itself. Receptionist was borderline unfriendly and seemed like in her office, doing her job, and being friendly, was the last place she wished to be. She then gave me...
