We stayed here on a Gate 1 Tour of Poland. This Hotel was wonderful...most especially the staff. Lukasz Safianski the concierge was outstanding. He was helpful, kind and so willing to do anything to enhance our stay. The buffet breakfast is outstanding and the renovated rooms very comfortable. The location is convenient to restaurants and the Tomb of the Unknown...

The Sofitel in Warsaw is located close to the old town but accessible to commercial district. Slightly older fitout in a large complex but staff were great, breakfast good and location excellent. Cleanliness and amenities couldn't be faulted. No executive club but this seemed to be more often the case in European hotels these days.

Stayed for three nights in Room 303 which overlooked the large square where changing of guard for unknown soldier was performed every hour each day. Large, carpeted, well-furnished room with sofa, armchair, desk, tea/coffee facilities but NO English breakfast tea, safe, minibar BUT not stocked, adequate wardrobe and drawers. TV had English language news channels including BBC World but English...

This was the best hotel for comfort and food from the restaurant. The suite was roomy, the Pillows were soooo soft but firm [hard to explain] , I'm going to buy some because I reckon they were just perfect, so were the beds, just beautiful. I got given a brochure on their pillows and beds. The food from the bar...

Nice sized rooms and good service sum up this gem of a hotel. It's very close to Warsaw's charming rebuilt Old Town. It also face a lovely park as well as the city's modern art museum. So much to do is just a short walk from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was awesome and the service was always professional and polite....

This hotel provides a comfortable bed, a great shower, an outstanding breakfast buffet and is conveniently located near Old Town, shopping, restaurants, etc. The only down side was the slow service when it came to providing coffee at the buffet.

Sofitel Victoria is an excellent city hotel . All public areas are modern decorated . Our room was also renovated and modern except of the bathroom witch was old fashioned without a shower. Lobby bar is exceptional and the restaurant is nice but with limited food options. The hotel is well located in the city centre but the distance to...

An extremely well priced bordering on luxury hotel that overlooked the famous square. Within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants in the old city. Large and updated rooms which were extremely comfortable and quiet.
