More than 160 years since its 19th century heyday, Hotel Europejski as Raffles Europejski Warsaw takes its place once again at the heart of Poland’s proud capital city. It’s a hotel full of stories. A building with soul. A place that has stayed in hearts and memories, even as the shape and fortunes of the city around it have changed. The feeling is welcoming and intimate – a real home from home. Service is personal and thoughtful, with care in every detail. Here every guest feels understood, valued and connected, both to the hotel and the city. References to Warsaw echo throughout the interior, celebrating the building, its history and its place in the world. Here the artistic identity of Poland is reflected and championed; the traditions of the past are reinvented in the spirit of understated modern luxury. Here is the restoration of a cherished icon, a place where stories – both old and new – are told.

The hotel impresses with stylishly furnished rooms designed with great attention to detail, as well as original artworks that create a unique ambience. The SPA area with swimming pool and water massages is a highlight for relaxation seekers. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service at breakfast, in which an employee stands out particularly positively for her warmth and professionalism. With its central location, ideal from a tourist point of view, quiet rooms facing the courtyard and quality facilities, it is probably the best hotel in Poland.

Great place to stay. Rooms are spacious. Staff is attentive. However promised to honor early check-in and that didn't happen. Also housekeeping is kind of missing, you don't see them in the hallways if you just need simple stuff (water change towels only) and it is time consuming for them to come and attend to you. More visibility and presence in the hallways would be appreciated. Car parking is right outside and always found a spot open; you can pay the street parking for the entire day, free on weekends. Spa is great with separate men and women saunas and common pool. Great cafe in the hotel with delicious cakes.

As part of our honeymoon trip, we stayed at Raffles to be near downtown and local attractions but also wanted to start our trip with a luxury stay. Raffles was amazing - we even had time to book a spa treatment and have to say it was probably one of the best massages I've had in my life and the cleanliness of the spa and hotel was just beyond our expectations. Highly recommend staying here - the location, room and even hotel amenities were great!

Overall this is a fantastic hotel with mostly excellent staff. However, the issue at this property is that they absolutely do not honor the details and inclusivities of a given reservation. The front dest staff also directly lies and only comes around when their lies are pointed out and contradicted with proof. My reservation was made through Fine Hotels and Resorts and the hotel refused to honor most of the benefits that were included as part of the booking. No mention was made of FHR benefits at check in. They refused a room upgrade even though 6 higher category rooms were available at check in during my stay. After pointing that out, most members of the staff proceed to lie to me directly about lack of availability, and the hotel being booked to capacity, which was clearly not the case. Eventually after much hassle I was given an "upgraded" handicap accessible room, which came with it's own slew of issues, such as alarms being set off and security having to come to the room. The breakfast provided was delicious, and buffet spread, although lacking many options, was tasty and sufficient. However the wait staff was inattentive, even having to be reprimanded by a supervisor in front of me for failing to clear dishes. The biggest issue during the stay was when I returned to my room the following morning post breakfast, I received a call from the reception asking why I'm still there and when I would be leaving. Upon reminding the receptionist that my stay includes a GUARANTEED 4 p.m.check out, I was informed that they would NOT be honoring that and that I need to vacate the room because they are booked to capacity. After politely pointing out that the 4 p.m. checkout is a GUARANTEE of a FHR reservation, I was informed that it is the manger's decision and I have to leave. My door keys were disabled. I was denied speaking to the manager in person even though I was informed that he would be available. Overall what should have been a very pleasant and relaxing stay at a property that has all the potential to deliver that, fell completely short. Being forced out of my room was completely unacceptable and left feeling unwelcome, stressed and humiliated.

The Raffles Europejski Hotel in Warsaw is the quintessence of luxury and the pinnacle of hospitality, located in the prestigious central part of Warsaw. The exterior retains the majesty of the past, while the interiors are masterfully designed in a modern style, with oak floors and an impressive collection of contemporary art curated by Anda Rottenberg and Barbara Piwowarska. Every element of the hotel is carefully designed and thought out.
Thanks to its strategic location, the hotel is within walking distance of major cultural and historical sites, including the Polish National Opera, the Presidential Palace and various museums.
The spa at the Raffles hotel is a health sanctuary, an indoor swimming pool, saunas, and a beautifully arranged relaxation zone.
I must admit that I have never felt so good in any other hotel.

Very nice stay. Advertising slogans reflect the style and elegance of the hotel. I took advantage of the guided tour with the art concierge, Mr. Łukasz, and it was a very pleasant time. I learned a lot about contemporary art and the hotel's collection. A wonderfully decorated large SPA zone - swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation and massage rooms. There weren't many people, in the evening around 9 p.m. and in the morning at 9 a.m. Fantastic bathroom - bathtub, aromatic bath salts. Since it was my birthday, there was a surprise waiting for me in the room - a delicious cake. In the evening, the maid came to make the bed, take away the garbage and refill the bottled water. Very nice. A comfortable double bed, I don't think I've ever seen such a wide bed anywhere. An interesting film about the hotel's history on the hotel TV. I recommend watching it.

Great location in the center of Warsaw. Rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. Bathrooms are beautiful with stand alone showers and a separate baths; clean and bathroom amenities are plentiful. Rooms are stocked with an iron and ironing board. Breakfast included a small buffet of pastries, fruit and vegetables, cheeses and a la carte made to order items and everything was fresh and delicious. The patio outside is a nice touch but be aware that smoking is allowed. Wonderful staff from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping - everyone is very professional, helpful and accommodating. This will be our favorite hotel to stay when back in Warsaw.

This is not our First-timer stay at this hotel with family. This is probably one of the best hotels in Warsaw. Beautiful rooms with everything you need ; good service ; delicious food in restaurants ; there is a spa and gym ; excellent location - city centre. The advice is to take the numbers to the patio , so as not to hear the hum of racing cars , which for some reason regularly violate the rules on speed and sound.

I would like to express my gratitude to Tatiana at the reception for her wonderful treatment of the guests and for remembering us from the past arrivals👏. Thank you very much for your help with any questions.
Also thank you so much Arina and Carol from the restaurant for the excellent service 👏.

Quick Recommendation. At breakfasts, sometimes , you had to wait for a table and food to be available, sometimes quite a long time. There were a lot of people (we stayed at the hotel for a week in late August ). Perhaps it can be adjusted somehow, because there is not always so much time to spend on breakfast.

The Raffles is perfectly located, right at the beginning of the Old Town. The building is from the 1800's and it has been lovingly restored by Raffles. It is like a contemporary art museum, with Polish art everywhere. The service is truly wonderful. Everyone knew my name and would follow up on my many, many asks and make sure I was comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful, and all tubs pay tribute to the Palace of Culture and Science, the most famous skyscraper in the city. I loved the experience.

1. In our Suite A/C was not blowing onto the bed 2. Room and all grounds are spotlessly clean 3. Breakfast is very good (I would still say nearby-located Sofitel has better one as I wrote in my review) and there were no issues with amount of fresh Orange juice when we stayed 4. Yes, we were recognized as Accor members. We didn't receive upgrade as actually for our Stay as Platinum member i used one of my Suite Night Upgrades (privilege starting only from Platinum) so we already did have a Suite :)
