walking in as usual - Marriott members are treated special - got great room - the Executive lounge was closed, but the gave you dining and drink vouchers for restaurants - great breakfast, lunch and dinner there - super service team, all the best was a young lady named Viktoria. She handled all service in exzellentes manners, even staff was always not enough, for the amount of service they had to do. Special thanks for the Frontdesk Manager PAWel, you handled with his team our demands and questions excellent, from parking with car, which is too high to enter them garage to "Covid->PcR" for entry to Russia - in all questions he was super .... all in all - a hotel which fullfill more than you expect in times like this, where travelling seems to be difficult - which is not true ! Just enjoy travelling and everybody will be helpful !

My main issue is with the air-conditioning. On hot days it could not get my room to a comfortable temperature, and is also noisy. Even when you switch it off, there was still a constant low frequency annoying sound originating from the cooling units on the roof. This all impacted my sleep and during daytimes while present in the room. Management did reallocate my room from the top floor (directly below the cooling units) to 4 levels lower, which helped, but did not solve it. For people who want a quiet room, the above should be taken into account. Besides the noise issue, for me the room itself was not really attractive, it was mainly in brown and grey colors, the bath room was small with an even smaller shower unit. Also the temperature of the shower was not always constant, so had to adjust it while taking a shower. Moved to the Sheraton, which in my opinion, in many aspects (rooms, lounge, etc) is much better, and would be my preference whenever in Warsaw again. The price difference is not that big and you get a lot back for it in return.

Unfortunately I am obliged to refer to my experience on a staying at this beautiful and modern hotel due to the lack of training of staff at front desk. Although I asked the front desk to fix a problem with the AC in my room, nobody was concerned and I ended up changing room near midnight. Front desk staff should help the hotel clients and let then know if a problem cannot be fixed in advance and not wait for the client to find out around midnight that nobody was bothered to solve the problem.

Great hotel in the heart of business district in Warsaw. Breath taking view from the room, comfy bed, great selection of food during breakfast including healthy choices and super toasty pastries. And dinner at JP’s was outstanding - food is fresh, dishes are amazing (try vegan burger with mango, avocado and kimchi!). Staff extremaly friendly. Hotel is very clean. Gym is nicely equipped.

Stayed here a few weeks ago, just after matters started opening up after Covid 19 lockdowns. Other than the executive lounge, all is fully operational. Would say that within a couple of years the hotel most probably could use some overhauling, but for now still very much up-to-date. Staff is great by the way. Breakfast & lunch also, nothing to moan about, all good. Great Presidential Suite also!
