Dolinar is part of a hilltop community. We heard the stories of the pear tree in this picture that is hundreds of years old and how the family runs to pick each pear as it falls. Iza makes her Jam from these pears that she serves at breakfast. We ate Nettles Soup from the hearts of the Spring Nettle plant....

This place is a gem for those who look for a beautiful and quiet getaway, where you would be welcomed and treated not only as a valuable quest but as a good friend. Iza and her family are not only warm, helpful and mindful but also intelligent people with whom we enjoyed our conversations. They have a small lovely dog...

It was a pleasure to stay at Farm Dolinar. We really loved it with my wife. The owner lady was extremely helpful, she speaks german and a little english. It's a quiet place, far from the main road. Bike renting is also available, It's and excellent place to explore the surrounding areas from. Must sees: lake Bled and lake Bohinj,...

Location - it just several kilometers from center of Bled. The house is located high in the hills, the views are fantastic! But the most we enjoyed the food! Meal - every morning only home made ecological products: chestnut honey, goat cheese, fresh juice, etc. Atmosphere - you feel like you're visiting grandma's place! Service - the family is responsible...

Very very nice family, warm and kind people. Serve a home made simple and delicious breakfast (and not expensive). Clean and comfortable room (we were a family of 5) Quiet and distant village (but 10 minutes drive and you're in the lake of bled) Excellent! We enjoyed a full week there.

We stayed here for 3 nights, which was truly amazing. The farm is being run by a lovely family. The rooms are great, clean. Breakfast was served with local products like there own goatcheese, apples and strudle. The host(ess) was kind and very helpful. Wish we could have stayed here longer!

We stayed at Dolinar; handy for Bled but great to have a bit of peace & quiet and escape the crowds. Iza and her husband are superb hosts: friendly, warm and do all they can to help. We had a slight misunderstanding over the reservation dates but they found a solution; our car also developed a problem and they helped...

“I stayed in a room that had a living room with a half kitchen and kitchen table, and a good size bathroom. The rooms were very bright by day but had room-darkening curtains for early morning sun. There are two rooms on the top floor and two rooms on the ground floor. All rooms would be equally quiet, there is definitely no street noise, there is no street to speak of!”
