Good position on the top of a hill in the middle of Lipica Stud farm. Architecture and service are ten or more years behind. It is not a kind family hotel it is not lively big hotel. It is just a place to sleep in peace. Best solution can be new, better architecture and some other improvements, too.

Certainly the location is very beautiful - close to the stud farm. Other good point is, that the place is very calm. Interior of the hotel it's kinf of oldfashioned but clean. We've ordered breakfast, but it wasn't that good as I expected.

We stayed here recently for 3 nights, for the purpose of visiting the Lipica stud. We booked direct with the hotel. We were advised by them to book 2 x double rooms as they said the single beds in the family room would be too small for teenagers. However after booking they changed our rooms to a family room as...

We paid a little extra for a suite and it was well worth it. It had an extra room over the other one bedroom place in which there were two easy chairs, a large settee, mini bar, and t.v. A little dated maybe, but who cared! Huge comfortable bed large bathroom. Difficult to step into the shower as it was...

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The place is total silence after the casino closes. Staff was great and helpful. The dinner was plentiful, uncooked pasta but very good steak. Breakfast varied with freshly baked croissant.

1970's hotel. Room clean and functional.lovely sculptures and paintings of horses at hotel. 24 hour reception and wifi. Breakfast ok fairly average. Recommend that you book b n b only and visit variety of local restaurants as they are plenty of interesting options a short drive away

We were looking to revisit the lipizzan horses, on a trip including many other places. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, with wery well updated rooms and facilities for a 3 star hotel. The room and the bathroom were clean, the breakfast with a reasonable variety.

3 star hotel built in the 1970s maintained as such - could do with a refresh which would improve it considerably as would air conditioning as it was very hot at night. However we used it as a one night base to visit the Stud Farm and that was a real treat. Food and staff satisfactory.

The hotel staff were very nice-they gave us a room with a balcony when they found out we were staying two nights. Granted the balcony was just big enough for two chairs, but we appreciated the gesture. There was a good shower, free wifi and clean room. It is not expensive so we weren't expecting much. Breakfast was decent enough...
