The room was really great and all the staff was very nice. The room also have a great view to the sea. Also the food (breakfas and dinner) was great, very delicious and tasty. I think that it is one of the best hotel in Portorož.

We spent the last weekend in LifeClass Terme & Wellness. Our package included lunch and dinner in Grand Hotel Portoroz restaurant. The choice of starters, salads and deserts is excellent, but the main course choice is really limited for a 4*superior hotel. Otherwise the hotel has best location in the whole town, looks very classy as the name suggests. The...

Included in our visit of Terms and wellness Lifeclass we had dinner and lunch at grand hotel Portoroz. Starters, salad buffet and deserts are really a 5 star, but main corse is something else. There is limited variety of food and taste is average. Nothing special. Wellness is worth a visit, pool with prehistoric sea is something unique, saunas are...

I stayed in the hotel in June, and the room was nice but cosy, hotel overall is a 5 star. location is good, we had a nice balcony with sea view, personel was nice. For me as a swimmer it was nice to use the 50m salt water swimming pool by the beach every morning before breakfast, that was the...

Quite a disapointment. It soposed to be realy good hotel but it turned out that it is not so. Rooms are very average and would need dome upgrade, food without any fantasy or creativity. Staff was quite politebut not everyone. Would not recomend for that money, can find better hotels on portorose.

Premise, the Grand Hotel is part of the Lifeclass group that manages a number of hotels in Portoroz. We booked the Apollo but were moved to the Grand Hotel. We booked 2 rooms at the Hotel Apollo with the full spa and sauna package. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that our rooms were cancelled. When I...

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days in July. The room with sea view was not very big but comfy. The breakfast was great. The dinner buffet was ok - i believe you can find better places to eat elsewhere. the biggest disappointment was Meduza beach. The hotel guests were supposed to get a free sunbed. But at 8ish am...

My wife and I stayed in this hotel on the recent visit to Slovenia. We paid for double room – and got the one in the old part which was really a bit outdated. So I asked for a better room, paid a supplement of EUR 20 and got a room (304) in the renovated part, very nice, comfortable and...

Premium class hotel in the city center, very close to shops, restaurants and beach. Good room-service and food in hotel's restaurant. Very nice SPA area. Ask for the room with sea-view and you won't regret it :-)

For a conference at this hotel, I stayed there as well. The breakfast and Lunch buffets great, lots of local dishes and enough room to sit down. Coffee can be ordered and the waiter will bring it over. Eggs can be made to order. My room looked out over the water and it was nice to sit outside on the...
