Unfortunately we went to the camping when half of the site was being used for an expo/activities event. However, we had no problems. We had already made a reservation and was shown to our location. The parking was tight for the motorhome but sufficient. The biggest problem was the number of electric cables extending over the site. The toilet facilities...

We stayed at Haller Camping for five nights, payed only for four, because every fourth night is free. Haller Camping also accepts CCI, so we didn't have to pay a lot of money. Camping is kept clean all the time, there was hot water in the showers all day and night, the Staff is very friendly. We could use free...

Not a great deal of room for our two small tents but we fitted in. Although busy it's kept constantly clean. It's a little antiquated but guess what. The washing machines are free, can you believe that? Not too far from a couple of small supermarkets or the metro into the centre so it's a good base to explore from.

Really good campsite. Clean, friendly and cheap. It was busy but that wasnt a problem at all. Close to the metro and easy to get in the centrum of budapest. A nice place if you like to camp as a couple.

Most people obviously come here by car. But also for backpackers with a tent this is a nice place to stay. Friendly staff, good facilities and always a spot for a small tent (we were there in the high season ánd during Sgizet festival). Food at the restaurant is a bit pricy but there's a little kebab fastfood stand nearby....

We stayed for 3 nights during May. The site is a good stopover, has free washing machines, generally looks a bit untidy and the showers, although very hot, need revamping. The roads got muddy after a thunderstorm. Overall, the location makes it a good spot

Spent two nights here. A good campsite for the city a tram or metro ride away from the centre. The ground showed signs of heavy wear and tear but to be fair was the end of the season. Shower and toilets are a bit basic but adequate. If you need electric hook up then you must have a euro adaptor,...

Although we really enjoyed our stay at the campsite, it is a long way out from the centre of Budapest, but fine if you want to use trams or are happy to walk like we were (takes about 30 mins to the close edge of the centre). The restaurant was really nice with very friendly and accommodating waiters!! However there...

The location of Haller camping is great. It's located at the fringe of Budapest's centre and the metro brings you right into the centre in a couple of minutes (5 stops). The metro station is quite close and it takes probably 5 minutes to walk there. Obviously, the camping site was a little bit crowded in the summer, but it...

“Pick a pitch that is by the large tree to the left of the restaurant entrance and just slightly back as you face the restaurant. The ground is slightly higher and less prone to puddles in heavy rain.”
