My sister and I stayed 3 nights here on a city break. We had a suite which was spacious and very clean. The reception team were extremely welcoming and were more than happy to share their local knowledge and assist us to maximise our sightseeing experience. The hotel like many does not offer an evening dinner. Breakfast was the only...

I found this hotel a very good option in the heart of Budapest. It's located a few blocks away from the tram station, and across from the Danube River, so it's easy to look the Parliament Building. It's located in a quiet block in front of the Candian consulate. As soon as I checked-in I got my room which was...

We booked this place because our budget was $90 and wanted to stay close to the main drag. The room was nice and modern, the staff was friendly but the breakfast was not a good experience. The food was cold, and most of the time we had to wait for everything to be refilled like all the time. I e-mailed...

We had a problem with the heating when we checked, and we were rudely told that its a Sunday so the staff will come on Monday. They did give us a small heater which was temporarily helpful. However the next day, the support staff came into the room with their master key without waiting for us to open the door....

Close City center, Large and clean rooms, friendly staff, but they have problems with WiFi. 4* hotel should not have such a problem five days. Breakfast is good but a bit monotonous, every day the same. Public transport is near.

Hotel was very nice, staff was helpful, room was big and clean. Couple minutes of walking from the nearest tram line, five minutes to underground line. Would have given more points if they would have had bacon on breakfast.

They breakfast is pretty good, beds are comfortable and it's a quite hotel in a quite location with good connections. Also it has great wifi! If it was not a 4* hotel, my review would be more nice. The hotel is clean, due to off seasen they upgrated our room to apartment with balcony with no extra charge. But there is NO service. We wanted at reception to book a bath at the corner, they would not be able even give us basic information about...
