I loved my stay at Palazzo Zichy when I stayed in Budapest this March. Budapest was the first of four cities on my first-ever Euro trip, which I happened to take solo. From start to finish, the staff provided excellent service. They promptly replied to all my e-mail communications prior to my arrival and arranged taxi service for me between...

This hotel is attractive with a contemporary feels. It is not cramped. We occupied three rooms --the only three rooms--on the sixth floor. We had tremendous privacy which permitted our two young children to get a bit loud on one night (perhaps to the dismay of my father who occupied a room next to them). The rooms contain abundant outlets,...

We chose this hotel based on Tripadvisor recommendations. It was every bit as good, if not better, than reviewers before us stated. The reception area is extremely attractive as are the rooms. The elevator was convenient and the air conditioning worked well despite the 90+ degree temperatures. There is an excellent complimentary breakfast with both hot and cold choices. We...

We stayed five days in this hotel.very nice design interior. Had room 121 on the first floor. Nice room, spotless clean. Great rainshower. Absolute quiet room. Airco worked perfect. Good breakfast. We could buy tickets for the szechenyi baths at the reception. The lounge with free coffee, tea, bottled water and nibbles till 17.00 o'clock was perfect. Great wifi in...

A group of us stayed at the Palazzo Zichy before our riverboat trip and all 11 of us were impressed with the entire hotel. Judit had arranged transportation for us from the airport to the hotel and the driver was waiting when we cleared Customs. The 2 receptionists at check-in made our arrival flawless. The hotel was immaculate and the...

Will sound like a lot of the other reviewers, but the hotel is lovely, room was clean with a very comfy bed, and very quiet air-con - which was essential as it was very warm in the evenings. The staff are very friendly, and nothing is too much for them. We particularly liked the fact that there was free tea,...

We spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel. We arrived at 0900 and were allowed an early check in with no problem. The check in was quick and efficient and the staff very friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean and more than adequate. The shower was great but my husband got the tile floor wet and when he stepped out...

Excellent hotel, which is located a bit away from city centre of Pest side of Budapest but still close enough for a walk. Hotel staff was professional and friendly. Also no issues with hotel room (very clean, modern, no bath but shower (+ 1 point) and free WLAN/Internet). Breakfast was served with very rich ingredients and there were enough seats...
