Stayed at the Budapest Bubble for two nights last week (21st and 22nd April) and was so impressed with my stay that I created a Trip Advisor account just to sing the praises of Anna and the other staff. Although my friend and I had researched sites in Budapest, it was the personal recommendations made by Anna that really made...

I wouldn't usually bother to review hostels but this was almost perfect. The staff are extremely friendly and have an excellent insight to the city. The hostel is spotless and staff work hard to keep it that way. The location is great being minutes away from the national museum and szimpla the ruin bar. Beds are comfortable. It is a...

Visited the Bubble quite some time ago but only just getting around to reviewing, as I'm wanting to visit again. Great location! It's central and has everything you need a short walk away. We had the private room as a couple, but the dorms looked ok too. Everything was super clean. The main highlight was the staff. They were very...

Honestly, I'm not sure how this place has such high review scores. Granted, the staff are extremely helpful (if not a little pushy) and the location is great, but is that enough to make a hostel great? The 6 bed dorm is incredibly cramped, the lack of power outlets is an issue. The mattress had holes in the covering and...

everything about it is perfect. the staff really make the place, they genuinely care and give you tips for anything and everything. thanks, Anna, Gabor and Sebastian, you guys were lovely and the suggestions really did help. it is wonderfully cozy, like a flat share, and it seems to attract an interesting bunch of travelers who share a similar ethos....

Although it's been several years since I've been there this place still sticks out in my mind as a highlight of my time in Budapest. First, some background; my brother found this place backpacking across Europe and swore up and down that it was THE BEST hostel he stayed at during his travels. Upon our return the following year I...

Budapest Bubble was more than a cozy comfortable small hostel, it was my home for 5 nights. When I got to Budapest I didn't know where to go or how long to stay, as I thought it will be a short stay on my way to the next country. However, I found Budapest Bubble, and immediately upon my arrival, I...

First thing about this place, is that the staff is super friendly and sweet, and always really good at trying to include the guests at events or dinners. It's a small place, and thank god, not a party hostel at all. Next time in Budapest, I will for sure come back here to stay. Perfect for my calm needs.

This has been one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! The staff are super helpful, friendly and more than happy to show you the ropes depending on your preferences. They won't give you generic answers for things to do either, you can really tell they want you to enjoy your stay in the city. Olga, Anna and Gabor...

This hostel is amazing! Location is perfect, so easy to find from the underground station if you follow directions. Five minute walk down to Liberty Bridge which if you cross you'll find the Gellert baths which are a must! The hostel itself only has three dorm rooms, but it gives it a super cosy atmosphere. It feels more like you're...
