The bar service was rude, something unfortunately typical here in Budapest so far. They also rent bikes and after waiting 40min for the bike to arrive, they dropped one on our foot and the other needed 20min repair, really unprofessional
They were advised about my time to leave the hostel and the hostel was totally closed. I had to wake up people so I could close my package. Very loud and, althought the place could apparently be in a nice local, it was far away...More
Nice people. Not the cleanest of places, had a bad smell in our room but they tried to find a solution.
The location wasn't bad, but it would be better in the summer. We were there in the winter so there wasn't much going on...More
Location of the hostel is quite nice, on the island in the river. The view from the big terrace is pretty good too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Eventho the lady was working alone there, she did a great job.
I have been staying here for a few months now and I had no issues with the hostel.
The recepcionists and the staff are alright, we can ask them about anything and they help us if we ask them for anything.

For Budapest, this island between the banks of the Danube represents a green oasis, especially during summer when its emerald spaces are much enjoyed by both locals and tourists. The gardens here are very picturesque; the flowers in full bloom give the landscape a variety of hues; the fountains add an air of freshness, making walks peaceful, joyful and romantic. A leisurely stroll will uncover a variety of
sites, even the ruins of a medieval Franciscan church and convent are still visible.
