I stayed here with family in August.. Bad management of the deposit (>90% of the total amount at the check-in !!!) I never see a similar thing in the other hotels. WI-FI in our room practically has never worked. In my point of view the only positive thing is the quality of the breakfast.. Very good.

Dear Madame, Sir, Thank you for your valuable comments. We are happy to read that you enjoyed our breakfast service. As it is absolutely common in hotels, a deposit is asked for guests who wish to overnight in the hotel . A small deposit is then asked for possible additional costs which might occur from the extra services available in...

We stayed here back in May. The hotel is a good base but would not say it is a typical 4 star hotel. Desk staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean and quiet at night. Breakfast had a good selection though it was very busy and service was sometimes slow (we had to ask for plates, then...

A decent hotel located a bit far from city center. For me it was fine as I love to walk. But if you aren't willing to walk 15-20min everytime you want to visit the town centre, then its not an ideal place for you. The staff is friendly and helpful. Room was neat and tidy with new decor. Size of...

This hotel is situated in a quiet street off a busy road into the centre of budapest. It is ideally situated if you wish to be away from the hustle and bustle and the heat of central Budapest. The hotel is beautifully appointed, the staff efficient, helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is staggered over a few hours so you...

The location was perfect for easy access to the train station. However, the staff are what make this hotel standout. The people at front desk were very helpful in suggesting locations for food and beverage. We took their advise and were 100% satisfied. Rooms were spotless and had everything you could need and very reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet was excellent....

Lovely hotel with extremely helpful reception staff. Nice comfortable room with a good shower. The hop on hop off bus tour stop was a minutes walk from the hotel and the reception staff gave us recommendations on excellent Hungarian restaurants, directions, and called taxis for us on several occasions. Good breakfast including hot options at the hotel and excellent coffee....

We were on a family event in Budapest and needed a not pricy hotel close to Keleti railway station because our train left quite early. We had knonw that we would arrive very late at the hotel so phoned in to inform the staff. They were absolutely understanding and did not mind at all that we would arrive after midnight....

Lovely hotel, we found the rooms to be clean and spacious and very comfortable, plenty of room to hang up clothes. Clean towels supplied, very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent plenty to choose from. The hotel was very quiet, well we didn't here anything anyway. It is very centralised for public transport we used the hop on hop off...

Great accommodation. Located just off a main shopping street. Trains, buses & tube very close and hop-on/ hop-off bus stop is just across the road. Fantastic buffet breakfast and helpful, friendly staff. No food in evenings but reception very good at recommending and booking great local restaurants. All close and very good. Clean and bright. Loved it
