My friend and I stayed for three nights in early May at the Budapest Panorama Central. The room was lovely and big and well resourced. Reception were very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfy, wardrobe big, bathroom was just what we needed. However, and it may be an important interjection, it was very clear noise was not to be...

Centrally located in Pest. Good, clean, quiet rooms off the street. "Hotel" itself is on the 3rd floor of a building, rather than a full hotel facility. Friendly, helpful staff. Would happily stay here again.

My friend & I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in April 2017. We had read through the reviews before we booked and although they were heavily mixed, we decided to go ahead and give it a go! The price was great and we had a lot planned for the holiday so it just needed to be a clean...

Receptionists were grumpy and very unfriendly...two of the girls started to talk in hungarian and laugh, i don't speak the language so i found it very unprofessional and offensive. The room per se was ok, big and quite clean, it seemed to be at first. The bed was very uncorfortable and the sheets awful...found hair and not presentable. Every night...

Stayed here for three nights. If you're looking for full on luxury then this probably isn't the place for you. Location is great really central with the metro, buses, taxis and trams close by. Lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Our room was a good size with twin beds which were rather old and creaky but...

The hotel is terrible. I couldn`t recommend it. The pictures had nothing common with the reality. This is not a hotel but a hostel . The access is terrible. You have to walk through the opposite site of the building where the reception is to get to the hotel. The corridors are dark, terribly uncomfortable. Feel like a prison...Better find...

we traveled this hotel as a couple. The hotel is located inside of a building on 3rd floor so it is difficult to find the entrance.it is easy to miss the sign on the street. We were looking on Google street view before arriving. the location is really great and near a metro station. The rooms are very large and...

Me and my girlfriend stayed here a couple of nights during a weekend. Clearn, accessible, good location, and helpful staff - nothing at all to complain about. As a bonus: I forgot a couple of shirts and a jacket in the room, and following me raising this over email the hotel was quick to respond and sending me the items...

Stayed at this little hotel 4-7 December 2016. It is located in District V of Pest and is central to all the city's sights including the Synagogue, St Stephen's basilica, the Danube and Budapest Castle. It is a stone's throw from the shopping area of Vaci Street, and at this time of year, all the Christmas markets. The hotel itself...

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
