The Hotel is situated close to all the main attractions, but being about a 7/7 min walk away from most means the area is fairly quite to stay. Hotel it's self is very welcoming, great layout. The Spa was excellent, the rooms comfortable and quirky. The bar was friendly, and the roof top Restaurant has the wow factor when you...

A very good hotel within walking distance to every tourist attraction. The staff was very helpful. The wellness area was small, but cosy and clean. The rooms are large and very nice. If it is possible you should go see the rooftop terrace.

It is hard to write what was excelent and what not. In short, poor or bad was only the walk from metro station to the hotel because was rainy. And what was excelent? - Everything. But there is two the best. First is breakfast and second is location.

We enjoyed our stay in Budapest and in the President Hotel. The location is excellent, the breakfast was of a good standard. The staff were friendly , the rooms were clean and a decent size for a city centre hotel. We would use this hotel again and recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Good breakfast, great location but beware of some of the rooms. You might get s room of lesser standard and stangely located in the hotel... those rooms are over priced and do not meet the standard of a four star hotel. The location is great... close to sights and transportation.

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
