The Astor. What delicious associations! Riches, luxury, pampering. And what a difference a single letter makes. The individual problems are small. "Business hotel" -- breakfast begins only at 0700. Forget eating before you set out for your meeting across town. WiFi connection -- at least in Room 409, dodgy / intermittent / sometimes slow. Air conditioning -- regulated by a...

Even though I sadly acknowledge that we could not live up fully to your expectations this time, we are greatful for your comments and take them into account for further developing our hotel. Good location, close to metro station (Klinikak), bus and tram. In fact you don't even need to buy a ticket if you want to see the center of Pest. The weather was nice so I walked all the way to Andrassy ut on the first day and Margit hid on the second day of our stay on this hotel. The...

Dear Darine Z, Thank you for taking the time to evaluate our hotel! Even though your review is definitely not the kind we are aiming for, we sadly have to acknowledge your opinion. I am disappointed that you complain about your stay at us retrospectively, as there is nothing we can do about it now. I would like to encourage...

This hotel is maybe the worst hotel we have been to. Noisy, bad breakfest and the rooms are hotter than a spa! So if you want to enjoy Budapest. Stay away from this place. Looking forward to the next hotel and a better stay. The city is fantastic.

Dear Pål Raymons S, Thank you for giving us your honest feedback and this way contributing to the enhancement of our services. We are terribly sorry that we could not live up to your standards this time. We also had a hard time dealing with the noisy student group residing in the hotel at the time of your stay. Unfortunately...

This hotel is well located, very easy to get to from the airport and a great base for exploring both Buda and Pest. Staff very helpful, and the food is excellent. It is within walking distance of convenience stores, bars and restaurants, and of course, 5 minutes from the Danube. There were some defects in the room, scratches on the...

Very nice hotel, with spacious rooms, clean and with very helpful staff. It's not lcated near the city center but you can access it easily.

Hotel is terrible, not really 4*. In the best case 3* but I would say 2*. We got probably the worst room that is in the hotel. Directly opposite the elevator and one floor above the incoming hall. There is no sound insulation of rooms so it is like you would sleep directly in the hall. Except this the hotel...

Friendly staff, quiet place near the city center. Comfortable rooms with well sleeping beds! The breakfast was fine with a lot of choice. I prefer the hotel if you are atempting to look the Budapest by foot. It is also close to the public transport (tram, metro and bus)!
