This apart/hotel was in a perfect location, just downstairs there were lots of cafes, it was close to some major attractions and metro stops. The bed was comfortable. It had a small kitchen and a grocery close by so you could buy some groceries and make breakfast. The apartment was very basic, no shampoo, thin towels to be changed only...

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights here in December. It is not the easiest place to find, as the apartments are privately-owned, and there is no sign at the entrance. It looks more like the entrance to an office block, with a Security Desk inside. We were dropped off by an airport transfer driver, who told us simply...

Lovely really big apartment for two people! Very clean also which is what I was most worried about! It's in an amazing location 1minute walk from most bars, pubs and restaurants . Our favourite was Spiller for breakfast, lunch or dinner! I highly recommend these apartments and if I visit Budapest again I will stay here! Amazing value for the...

I stayed here for three nights at the beginning of December. The apartments are located very close to Deak Square and its transport links, metro, bus and tram. As others have said they are also located in an area with many bars, restaurants and cafes and yes, it is very noisy at night. I personally felt safe in the area,...

Me and my partner are 23/22 and came for the Xmas markets. The apartments are in an alley of bars so the noise echos up past the centre of the apartments. So there is music and shouting all night. Did not sleep well at all for four days. The location does not feel safe as we arrived late at night,...

I enjoyed staying here and might stay again in the future :) The apartments are located near Deak ter (Deak Square), so very centrally, and the Gozsdu Udvar (Gozsdu Court) right next to the apartments hosts many restaurants and bars. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the apartment spacious and clean.

When we arrived we couldn't actually tell where the apartment was, however just walk to the square in Hollo Utca and you will find it. First impression was that the apartment was amazing clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Our apartment had a balcony which was nice to sit outside and relax....

Spacious, clean and modern apartment with kitchen area and dining table. There is a deposit required on arrival for the key (3000ft) and luggage storage is available free of charge. There is no coffee or tea provided but there are plenty of stores nearby. The only issue with the apartment is the noise, lots of bars outside, and is noisy...

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
