A very good new hotel in the middle of downtown
This is a completely new hotel. It's very modern and comfortable. USB sockets everywhere, good wifi. EXCELLENT breakfast. big tray of crispy bacon every day, cheese, fruit, pastry, all you can think of. The team is very happy to help with anything. And the location is exactly in the middle of everything.

Cleanliness and costumer care need improvement
When we arrived the toilet in the room wasn't properly cleaned, so they moved us to another room, where the bed was full of hairs. The cleaning staff came and changed the sheets. The problem was solved, but I didn't get the feeling that management really cared (aside from the one very perfunctory apology and technical cleaning), and I find it hard to trust a hotel that treats this situation so lightly. We weren't even asked if we were happy with our stay and if everything is in order afterwards either. Also, half of the sockets in the room didn't work, and the A/C panel didn't seem to work well - but I didn't feel comfortable saying anything about it. And ladies - bring hair conditioner, they don't provide it. Not to mention the fact that there is a perpetual smell of sewer next to the elevators for some reason. We got this room in a very very low price on a black-Friday sale so the value was decent - but if I'd have paid more I'd be really disappointed. additionally, note that there is no wall between the shower and the bedroom - so the setting is intimate (in case you are traveling with a friend/family member and not a lover). We also had some noise from inside the hotel - some banging and door slamming - not very bad though. On the upside - we did sleep very well because the beds are AMAZING - very comfortable! The water pressure and heat in the shower was also excellent - I liked the rain shower (the hand-held douche was leaking though). The design is lovely and the standard rooms are a comfortable size. The location is good if you really want to be next to the Jewish quarter, though we discovered that's not as important as we thought it would be. Excellent location with comfortable bed
We chance upon this hotel after leaving our previous apartment accommodation which was horrible. The room was beyond our expectations and the bed was very comfortable! It’s in a good location with many eateries and pubs. The metro, tram and bus services are also located approx 100m away from this hotel. Recommend to stay here when visiting Budapest!

perfect location
good breakfast, strange interior design -the sink is in the middle of the room which is kinda odd . the wifi was terrible. the underground parking is very expensive, but if you want to be in the city center I guess it is to be expected. amazing location. we liked it.

As you mentioned the parking in the city center can be on a higher price, however we do think our parking fee is reasonable, as the service includes 24/7 security i n the underground garage, as well as the comfort to access the rooms by the elevator from the garage so you don't have to roll around the streets with the suitcases. Is there a noise problem with this hotel located in a busy nightlife area?
Dear Guest, Most of our rooms are overlooking to a quiet, green inner courtyard and all our doors and windows are sound proof, so you will not recognise any sign that our hotel is located in a busy area in the heart of the city.

When is the rooftop bar due to open?
Dear Guest! Thank you very much for your request. As the weather is already cold in Budapest and the rooftop bar is opened and not heated we will open only next season when the weather will be nice and warm again. If you have any further question, please let us know.
