Myself and my friend stayed in the Godzu apartments in January 2017. The radiators were really noisy and woke us up a few times. The apartment was very clean, but they were hard to find. Once we did find the apartments we were told ours was located in another building. The location was brilliant!

The hotel is right in the middle of the place to be, but very noisy. When we ask for ear plugs because of the noise, they did not propose another room! only at the end, when it was too late. The room service is not spectacular, no vacuum cleaning though it was necessary. The appartment is sober, all brown colours,...

I chose this aparthotel in Budapest given high rating and location. It is located within a nice pedestrian street, full of restaurantes. I got greatly surprised when we were taken to an apartment in a different building by the receptionist. This apartment is located some steps away from noise, in a bit quieter area. Excellent restaurants and pubs around, and...

The apartments seem to be split over more than one building, we checked in and were then sent to another building, it was only 2 doors away. The location was great, lots of restaurants right underneath the block we stayed in. We stayed in a two bedroomed Apartment which was very spacious and clean and tidy. The heating seemed to...

Great location. Traveled with a group of five. There is a lot to do nearby and it is within walking distance of all the major attractions. Nice and cheap as well. The staff could be better and the stairs and landing area in our block smelled awful.

The apartments are situated in a central location, a short 10 minute walk to chain bridge and a 25 minute walk to the baths, the apartment was spacious and had all the amenities you could need, there are plenty of restaurants and bars Right by the apartments, the staff where friendly and helpful and the rooms themselves were clean and...

Nice and clean apartment, with all the conforta: from the Washington maching to the ironing board. Great position (just at the beginning of the jewish quartier), close enough to eveeything important to see (5min from the Opera, 15 from the parliament). Quiet during winter, but in the summer i think it will be a bit noisy: it's just upon several...

This is not a hotel. There are many blocks of flats and some of them are for rent, that is why the apartments are different. Good points: - close to the city centre - very clean - nice staff - good price - close to many restaurants - good WI-FI Bad points: - the bedroom is too small - the...

First of all it is not an Aparthotel, it is a group of apartments in unconnected neighbouring buildings shared by local residents or other rental companies, so you have to leave your building and walk down a street to go for breakfast or use the gym. The apartment was clean and adequately furnished although you would expect a 4 person...

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
