Room was very spacious with floor length windows making it very light and airy ,clean and generally in good condition. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Very accessible with metro, public buses ,trams and hoponhopoff bus stops very close by and walkable to city centre. Good selection of local restaurants close by

I booked two rooms in the hotel, one for me and one for a client. When we arrived to the hotel late in the night, tired of working the whole day at 1am the receptionist told they only have one available room so we had to sleep in the same room because there were no other choice. Really bad experience...

Myself and seven friends booked the City Garden Apartments for a hen weekend, and were upgraded when we checked in. The apartments were spotless, all clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful letting us know the best places to go in the city. The location is perfect and only a short walk from the centre. We loved the...

We booked this hotel in January for the location and the gym, with swimming pool. On arrival we were told they didn't have a room and we were directed to an alternative hotel, 2km further out of town. The new room was not an apartment with kitchen, no tv,no pool,no gym and in the wrong area. I am left feeling short...

City gardens was supposed to arrange airport transfer for us but we had not heard from them. My wife called the day before we travelled to confirm times. We were then advised that they were not honouring the booking we had already paid for weeks in advance as the room was apparently now being refurbished. Albeit both Agoda and City...

On the plus side, the location is excellent and the apartments are very spacious. However, it is very pricey for what you get and you have to pay separately for parking and breakfast. The rooms have very dirty carpets and walls and nobody cleans or changes the towels unless the clients ask and insist. Also we were forced to pay...

I'd booked this hotel through Expedia, as I've done for many hotels in many locations. I turned up with my 10 year old son at 4pm on check in day to be told they'd cancelled my room as Expedia had not given them my card details. They then gave me a slip of paper with an address on it and...

Hotel itself was ok. BUT. I made reservation through Agoda. They took a block from my credit card diting reservation. In the hotel, they said, that I have to pay by cash and they will return the credit card block to my bank account. It's been a month now and I haven't seen the money. They didn't answer my email....

Really happy with the apartment. We booked it for 3 people, there was one double room and another pull out bed in the lounge area. The kitchen was really well equipped and really spacious, it was perfect for making breakfast in the morning (we didn't really rate the options downstairs) and the bathroom was large as well. Great location, many...
